Technically it's Jean>Storm>Rogue, but tbh I've been enjoying Rogue a lot more than Storm lately. It's like Storm is a 1 and Rogue a 10 in terms of how well they're being written.

1. Jean Grey - It was a close one between her and Storm. Chose Jean because I think she is a fantastic character, but I adore telekinesis as a superpower...
2. Storm - A fantastic character who sadly always seems to be underused.
3. Rouge - Not read that much with her in, but I do like her.

They are the best X-Woman ever.
For me:
1) Rogue.
2) Jean Grey.
3) Storm.
It’s really a toss up between Rogue and Storm. Probably Rogue wins right now because Duggan vs Guggenhiem.
Jean’s not only on the bottom of this pile, she’s last in line among all Claremazons overall. Unless Dazzler counts.
From this list, I’d be:

2. Storm

1 - Rogue: always the most interesting when I got into comics and the X-Men
2 - Storm: Never a favorite but I liked her a lot
3 - Jean: I was never a big Jean Grey fan. An okay character that when I got into the X-Men she was out of the picture while Rogue and Storm got a lot of face time and character development.
