And thank goodness for that. It might turn out to be a really good cartoon :).
I wonder if they'll treat it like Big Hero 6 and downplay the Marvel connection.

The logo has Marvel so it's connected.
Executive produced by Laurence Fishburne and Helen Sugland's Cinema Gypsy Productions (ABC's black-ish), Marvel Animation & Family Entertainment, and Emmy® Award-winner Steve Loter (Disney's Kim Possible), the series follows the adventures of 13-year-old super-genius Lunella Lafayette and her ten-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur. After Lunella accidentally brings Devil Dinosaur into present-day New York City via a time vortex, the duo works together to protect the city's Lower East Side from danger.
Huh. Be interesting to see what they use from the wider MU.
13? That's a four year age-up. She's only 9 in the comics.
And yeah, this could be the Fantastic Four's return to animation. It would make sense to use Hulk and Brawn too, because the comics had that Banner Box storyline.

Marvel Animation is in such a weird spot right now that I'm not sure quite what they're going to do with most of their properties. The "shared universe" of the past cartoons is on it's last legs so maybe they won't care about standardized versions across their cartoons so there's more creative freedom.
I didn't know who you were talking about for a second there until I remember what Cho's going by these days :p.
Yeah, he was Totally Awesome Hulk back then, but I'm sure if they used him in cartoons now, he'll just be Brawn from the start.

Or just Cho.

If that show has a toy line before Black Friday......
Disney will need another Money Bin for what she will bring in.

Aren't most Marvel toylines drowned out by the movies? Marvel's Spider-Man's never seemed to have much of an impact.
I don't know if Big Hero 6 has one beyond the toys that were out for the movies.

Hmm...not sold on them.
I mean, there's the attempt to capture their comic costumes, but they look too samey and toned down :(.
