Has anyone else read Rising Stars? I think like this is one of the most important stories ever written?
If you mean the Top Cow series by jms then yeah I have all the issues. Why do you think it was so important?
The first time I read it I enjoyed it quite a bit. It was in the early days of my comic reading. I re-read it a year and a half ago and it wasn't as enjoyable as I remember. Though I still like it.
At the time of first reading it I remember thinking it was a different take on people getting powers and how to deal with them and it was my early exposure to JMS, the other book being Midnight Nation.
I remember getting it because I loved Babylon 5, Rising Stars.... not so much
