Hope he at least gets some nice interactions with Ollie and Dinah. Would be kind of odd if he doesn't.
Characters acting odd is a given in a book written by Bendis.

FWIW, I thought Bendis wrote a decent Hal in "Batman:Universe." That book had a different tone than his Justice League though, so... I geuss we never know how Hal's going to be treated anyway.
And is that Wally with the white eyes? Or artistic interpretation?
I'm guessing it's Wally since Barry seems to be a little preoccupied with what happened at the end of Infinite Frontier.
Then again JL Last Ride's Flash is Wally too, yet he is drawn to look exactly like Barry. Same Flash costume, same blue eyes, etc. Maybe it was initially supposed to be Barry but they changed it to Wally at some point and it was too late to change the artwork.
I find it funny though how the Green Lanterns are far more distinguishable than the Flashes, yet apparently some artists still find it confusing and draw them with the wrong costume or the wrong colored gloves or boots.
Alan Quah's variant cover for GL #9.

Everybody is here! I think!
According to the producers, it cost close to $1 million per episode back then for an all CGI animated series, so they had to be very strategic about the assets they created and how they could be reused over the course of the show. It's underscores why the show couldn't go on when retailers wouldn't get behind a toy line because it was so critical to financially support the production.
That's a shame. It was really a good show.

Did most heroes get treated in the Sanctuary?

Apparently. Not that we'll ever hear about it again.

I just find it strange that Hal would be questioning what will is and have it recorded.

You're not the only one. Just one of the minor issues people had with "HiC."
