Women I can remember being considered particularly attractive in-universe:
-- Wonder Woman
-- Power Girl
-- Starfire
-- Dream Girl
-- Catwoman
-- Fire
-- Crimson Fox
I believe the following three have worked as models so they must be considered attractive, though it's not something that I recall coming up that often:
-- Jade
-- Green Lantern (Arisia)
-- Vixen
Starfire was also a model during the Wolfman run.

The ones whom I often see characters fawning over are:
-Zatanna
-Starfire
-Wonder Woman
-Poison Ivy
-Catwoman
-Talia
-
Also, I haven't seen Phantom Lady being mentioned. For a character whose name is 'Phantom' she sure does stand out a lot.

I miss that series, it was so fun...bring it back DC! Now with Harley ending, it's time haha.

Wouldn't it be easier just to list the ones that aren't "dude magnets?" Unlike the others, they're few and far between. :)

Ma Kent has been drawn on the attractive side before when she was young, though I'm not sure I would have classified her as a dude magnet. Of course, Diane Lane and Annette O'Toole were indeed of that variety for a few decades in their primes.
As for the others you mentioned, yep. :D

Etta Candy?

Depends on the era, though Golden Age Etta was only a magnet for chocolates.
Woo! Woo! :D

Unless we're taking about the New 52 Amanda Waller, I guess.

Yeah, the Angela Bassett/Cynthia Addai-Robinson-style Waller is a far cry from the pre-21st-century version.

That APOLLO sure is a dreamboat.
I believe its canon that "straight" men question their sexuality around him. (a light spin on a dark tale)

I don't think a lot of the female teen heroes are boy magnets for one reason or another. I don't see Stargirl turning heads when she walks into a room, for instance, or Cassie/Wonder Girl (Donna was kind of surrounded by boys as a matter of course).
Supergirl has had a lot of admirers though...
