Maybe they are afraid of the marvel effect when they put out all kind of titles in the market and most of them getting cancelled(but hey at least they're trying),that's why they cut many title.
Well, I think that a GL miniseries with a good creative team behind would probably do anywhere between 30k to 40k monthly, which nowadays is great.

Well you can always do a corps book and put the earth Lanterns there if someone is not in a title, like guy baz and kyle but I think in today's direct market DC is more afraid to try to put new titles and decide to make titles with characters that they feel confident enough with.

It is entirely too sad DC is not confident in the Corps.

I remember when we had Green Lantern, Darkstars, Legion, Legionaires, Green Lantern Quarterly, Mosiac all out there at one time or another.
Most at the same time!
I've always thought the Darkstars (as a peace keeping force) were worth another go. I enjoyed the book with quite a bit and got a kick reading John as the leader, and having Donna as a member meant more interaction with Kyle too.

Those were great covers from the pulp annuals of 97. Loved that during the 90's all the annuals of that year had a theme. Was a lot of fun.too bad they stopped it.

The Dead Earth annuals were good.

It is sad that the only way Wally had to get a title is for him to become a criminal :(

We are at the absurd point where is better stay in limbo than being ruined forever as they did with each former Titan
