Got me thinking, can we agree that Aquaman is now the undisputed 4th most important dc character?
-he’s outgrown being a pop culture joke but still has the perk of a household name
-has a bunch of genuinely popular stories and runs in the comics
-his corner of the dcu has well established mythos, villains, side characters
-billion dollar movie that was well received for the most part
-unlike Hal and Barry, Arthur is the original, definitive Aquaman. No Barry vs Wally or Hal vs Jessica vs John division to dilute the character’s importance.
-like Batman and Wonder Woman, he is from the golden age
-getting an animated series

He’s pretty firmly established himself as one of DC’s premiere characters at this point. And he deserves to be the “fourth” pillar more than Harley imo.

I don’t even know if I should bother posting this given all the false rumors we’ve had, so I won’t link it, but there’s rumors that WB Montreal’s upcoming Batman game is a reboot which will kick off a DC Gaming Universe. Supposedly WBM also has a second DC game in the early stages of preproduction and it might be Superman. Nothing but rumors so far so don’t get your hopes up, but it would be nice to see them finally branch away from Batman.

I can kind of see WB wanting to match the Marvel Gaming Universe, although hopefully it works out better then when they tried to match movie universes. I am just ready for WB Montreal to stop teasing and announce the new game.
I forget if the Wonder Woman game rumors were already debunked.

SUPER FRIENDS FOREVER
I would not mind at all the original Super Friends lineup becoming the new "Trinity."

They're doing a comic based on Batman: The Animated Series. With show creator Paul Dini writing!

Oh heck yeah!
Should be in a Batman TMNT sequel if they make one.
