i................did not like it. i don't hate it with the same level of hate as others.
i just did not care for it.
Fair enough.
At least you have an informed opinion.

What would be a good name for a blue mage like class in a Dungeons and Dragons like setting?

Define your blue mage? As in the Final Fantasy blue mage, learning enemy abilities to use against them? If so, I’d say something to do with nemesis.
The Nemesisters?

That looks pretty sweet!
(Except her voice. Way too twee.)
Define your blue mage? As in the Final Fantasy blue mage, learning enemy abilities to use against them? If so, I’d say something to do with nemesis. The Nemesisters?
Indeed. The class is centered around learning all (save a token number) of its abilities from others (not necessarily enemies), the particular method of doing so varying- and forming the basis of its subclasses. Some blue mages learn abilities by 'experiencing' them firsthand (i.e. being targeted/affected by the ability). Others learn through careful and detailed observation of the ability's activation and use. Others still learn through taking in the essence of the creature possessed of the desired ability. And so on...
and by "taking in the essence of the creature" you mean eating it. Not anything significantly squickier. :p

i will say the battle scenes were well done and they did have some good ideas. but overall, i just didn't care about anyone or anything in the movie.

Again, fair enough. You're entitled to your opinion on the film.
I liked it a lot and think it is the best Star Wars film by a significant margin.
