Excited about Larroca!
So "Dissassembled" leads to Age of X-Man, which is a separate event made of a bajillion miniseries, while the main title follows into a different storyline?
All this nostalgia is making my heart hurt, why cant Marvel make great stories without relying on the past to do so
The X-Office:

We're also getting news from Zac Thompson (maybe Lonnie too?) either later today or tomorrow.
I wonder, why don't the x-office hire another writers? :/
All the new writers that Marvel hired turned out to be criticized by the forummers here. Look at X-Men Gold.
So....we're getting 10 issues of Disassembled and then it branches out into Age of X-Man and Devastation? I'm confused.
It's weird that they would have a Cyclops cover without making some kind of announcement about the character being back. I enjoyed Rosenberg's work in Dead Souls and Astonishing has been solid. Multiple Man was a miss but for me Dead Souls and Astonishing proved that Rosenberg can do good stories.
Rosenberg confirmed it: He’s Back:

Guggenheim wrote his first X-Men story 12 years ago.

so what they gonna pull Scott from the past and place him in the present? Sounds ******** already, but makes sense given how marvel is writing the xmen as of late

Agreed. Move things FORWARD, stop staying mired in the past.

Yes, ain't it obvious that X-Man and age of Apocalypse will lead to this?
Rosenberg always write stories with no endings. Just look at New Mutants dead souls.

"Nostalgia is bad, but this is the good kind!" - TAS fans, soon
If they were bringing him back they'd have the cover classified.

He also revived Adult Jean Grey so I’m willing to bet that Scott is really back
