Dodge Master?
Should have went back to school and got his doctorate.
Perhaps he would have been good enough then to teach Gohan how to dodge properly.
On a different note:
"But be warned. When 3 years have passed from the day the Shimyakugan was used on you, its effects will be permanent. No matter how much you train, no matter how much more powerful you become, you will never be able to regain your old techniques or learn new ones to replace them."

Is that three years of experienced time since it was used on you, or three years chronological time? Either way, it seems like a misplaced time-skip or two might 'ruin' things.

Hey, it's not his fault that Gohan couldn't get the concept of moving out of the way.
Lack of anything resembling a finishing move is probably going to be the death of me.
Pretty much any move can be a 'finishing' move if you use it dramatically enough. :P
See the stars,
the lights beyond.
Do they look the same,
their fire from afar?
Our world, once dark,
our eyes once blind,
til daylight arose,
til Our Lady Iris arrived.
Her gift of sight,
awoke within us,
new power, insight.
The darkness now broken,
the world reborn anew,
in mirid of colors,
all of them true.
She taught us a path,
a way to see,
the strength lying within,
comes from unity.
It's rough. I'll play around with it and tweak it over time.
Just waiting for something to happen.

Three years chronological time, as the Shimyakugan's is only limited in its 'progression' when in the 'real world', hence while all its effects on him up to the point he enters the Room of S&T are in full effect, it won't go any further than that (and technically, the Room of Spirit and Time is the perfect place for him to learn new techniques, although he still won't be able to access his old ones).
Well, Cleric's covered that issue already, but the original plan was that he'd eventually realise that even if he couldn't use the Dragon Balls to negate the Shimyakugan's effect wholesale, he could use it to delay them indefinitely. So, he'll still not be able to get to his original power level/regain his old techniques, but now he literally has all the time in the world to do so. Actually, that'll probably still be what I go with.

I like it.

Thanks. It's a clue to Meagan's request.

Held will succeed where his alt-universe ancestors failed.

Dear god, he's so powerful he can reach beyond the fourth wall and target a player's loved ones.
Good thing the Dusk Brigade stopped his nefarious plans.
Hmmm....I said I was only gonna use it in a healing magic sense......but turning back time on that broken seal would be pretty helpful for the situation.
Thought I'd have to make a best guesstimate on where to turn the clock back and rolling a fumble would likely result in hilarity and doom. But that comes with the territory of uncontrolable temporal magic. What say you guys?

Oh, no. No one fades out my man!
Ishtar: stab him to death or whatever
