I loved every minute off it and I hope to catch the next few.
I'm hoping Dan pops up by the end of the season.

I had dismissed this as yet another dumb Watchmen side project but the television people in my twitter absolutely love it. It's a legit sequel thankfully, and not the comic book dragged out for two seasons or whatever.
Hiring Robert Redford to play President Robert Redford--based on, what, one line from the comic?--is so inspired.

I’m still entirely in the “**** this completely” camp. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Did you watch it?

I thought it was good and enjoyed it more than the Snyder film who while visually faithful missed the themes of the graphic novel.
As for the whole "Wokemen" stuff if someone thinks portraying white supremacist as bad is "Woke" IMO that person needs to ask themselves some serious questions.

lol Right!!

Any theories on the children? I missed a few minutes saw it as I was getting ready for class so maybe they're explained

Great pilot episode. Definitely loving the style and tone of this.
[spoil]And it's nice to see something highlight the Tulsa Massacre. Amazing how it's never talked about.[/spoil]

I never knew about it, learned of it or even heard about it in my 37 years on this earth as a black man. Crazy to think that it happened and the cover up involved in it. Amazing to learn that many of the cast and crew members of the show had not even heard of it. History is ultimately written by the victors and those in power, who knows what other secrets of the past are buried.
As for the episode...found it interesting. The lead actress, whose name escapes me right now, of the roles I have seen her in in the past (many I have enjoyed), I am not exactly buying her as a bad ass. I get the character and understand it, I just have a hard time buying the actress in this role. We will see if my mind changes as things go.
Curious to see what else has happened in the years since Squid-Mageddon and this supremacist group taking the words of Rorschach to further their goal.
And so glad they went with the Squid.

Honest answer. But without watching, you can't really criticize the show.

Alan? Is that you??

I don't even know what to think still.
Part of me loved it and more so loved the potential.
Part of me hated it.
