It's been so long since I saw that series. I don't remember how they were hoping to achieve that.
Actually no. Majority only liked Daredevil. Of course each show have their fans but the only one actually overall liked by fans was DD.

I don't believe you, you need more people.
There's a lot of buzz for Luke Cage in my circles.

People will complain and rage at first but they would very much be on with the idea after they realize marvel TV department can do better than these.
Honestly Agents of SHIELD is better than any of these shows.
Not to me I loved Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Jessica Jones. Iron Fist was ok to me but Danny was the weak link ironically but I like him better in this. I'm looking forward to Punisher and until last Season I always thought AoS was the black eye of the MCU. I'll give them credit though the Ghost Rider and Framework stories were great.
Just watched episode 1. Pretty good. Nice action sequence to start the show (I presume that was Elektra who was fighting Danny?). Can't wait for Matt to see her again. And I want to see Matt in the suit. They better not wait until the end of the first season to have him wear it. Same with Danny. I want to see him in his suit.
Jessica Jones aka Lady Lush.
So I'm white. My high school was like 95 percent white with a few Latinos and Hispanics mixed in. I didn't know a lot of black guys growing up. I made comment on Facebook saying that Luke wearing Carhartt seemed wrong to me. What I meant was that's not a brand I associate with the African American community. Can someone chime in on this. (Preferably someone from said community)

It's her thing. She drinks and she beats people up.

It doesn't matter that Carhartt isn't urban wear. A hood is a hood.

[SPOIL] Torchwood Miracle Day was about these two holes in the ground one in Shanghai and Buenos Aires when they put Jack's immortal blood in them it would cause Immortality worldwide so they wanted immortality and get rich off selling painkillers and other drugs to the now immortal populace. By the ending they put Jack's now non-immortal blood stop it and blow the place up. Just the ending with a deep hole in the ground which could give immortality due to it's properties and blowing it up was bringing back memories of TMD to me[/SPOIL]
Dodging spoilers but the end of episode 2 had me fanboying like a mad man!
