Hi
I am a little confused about "Superman: Last stand of New krypton" series of 3 which I just obtained. Is this part of a story arc?
Browsing the web I found a 15 comics story arc.
My question is, why are there the numbers 31, 36 and 41 written below 1, 2 and 3 of each comic?
I was thinking a bigger story arc but I can only find a 15 comics story arc.

Last Stand is the penultimate part of the [I]New Krypton[/I] storyline. You should read it after you’ve read the 4 main volumes of New Krypton, but before reading War of the Supermen.

And begin lowering your expectations now.
The whole New Krypton story got derailed by editorial mismanagement and last minute changes of which no one was happy.
However, if you go into it expecting a disappointing conclusion, you'll probably enjoy it a lot more.
