Hard to say off the top my head. Kill them all scene in season finale of Spartacus season 1. Alot of episodes jump out not scenes.

The last time I was completely blown away by what I saw on TV was Game of Thrones "Spoils of War". That episode when you hear the hooves and then the reveal? WOW!
I can't say if it's my favourite, but it is definitely one of the coolest.
If I had to name a favourite off the top of my head, it would be to be the final scene between Illyria and Wesley in Angel episode "Not Fade Away". If there was ever a scene in that show that symbolized everything heroic and heartbreaking that show represented for me, it was that one.
