I'm surprised they've never included anyone from the Samurai or Dynasty Warriors games.
Isn't Naotora Li from Dynasty Warriors?
Hitomi and Lei Fang are in

Lei fang's outfit reminded me of Bruce Lee's in Game of Death.
EDIT-

More gameplay. It appears the jiggle physics are still there but less overt.

If anybody is wondering why DOA decided to tone down its act I checked and DOA wasn't featured in any of the last 6 EVOs.
I guess they are tired of the snubs.

I don't think that matters. They play Soul Calibur at EVO which has just as much fanservice. Hell, they'll play Mortal Kombat at EVO. They weren't snubbed because of boobs, they were snubbed for being relatively shallow games.
DoA has been in Evo before. Unfortunately it was DoA4 and it was the worst game in the series.

That was over 10 years ago and it hasn't been back since.

True, but no matter how much of a fuss gets raised over how stupid Ivy looks in each new game or whatever ('very' is always the answer), that labelling never really sticks to SC. Whereas with DOA, wobbly **** have become 80% of its brand identity over time.
I'm a little impressed at how far they're willing to go to get away from that but the pessimist in me expects they'll regret it.

Wobbly **** were close to DOA's 100% brand identity right from the start. Ivy wasn't even in the first Soul Edge game.

Soul Calibur doesn't market it's fanservice like DoA does. I remember years ago commercials for DoA would be stuff like how guys play the game because Kasumi kicks high and using the analog sticks or motion control to control the breast physics. Not to mention DoA has a spin-off series devoted entirely to the fanservice aspect.
