Sounds like they're heading toward Lex going out a hero. He'll either genuinely die or be thought dead. The tragedy being when he eventually comes back, he'll go back to being a villain. He's going to be on the shelf for a while though, Bendis confirmed this already, so something's likely to happen in this issue that puts him there narratively.
That's a shame, I have enjoyed Lex's attempts at being a hero. I have enjoyed it far more than Victor Von Doom's!

This thread really goes to show you the purported "DC Fresh Start" is already happening with No Justice, Flash War, and Nightwing.

Entitled rich boy Oliver Queen grew up a member of elite society. But after a drunken escapade left him stranded on a deserted island, Oliver learned to survive and become more than a man—he became a hunter. He became a survivor. He became a hero. But when Green Arrow comes face-to-face with a challenge he never saw coming, his entire worldview—his reason for being a hero—comes into question. Because that challenge has a name: Amanda Waller!

I just realized that there's a possibility that Green Arrow will be in the Nightwing-Waller team or at least related.

I thought he was a confirmed member of the Legion of Doom?

I think it’s a good idea to shelve him for a year or two.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he's confirmed to be popping up in Snyder's Justice League.

It goes, bendis is benching him in the Superman books, but Snyder is using him in his JL
-
Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Can't very well kill him off or have him disappear if he'll be in something else. Unless they could get away with insinuating No Justice takes place before Superman's new run.
