They are all awesome.
Indeed. ^.^
This variant cover for Generation X #1 (on sale May 17!) is based on a pin-up found within "X-Men: Unlimited" #6 (September 1994): https://comicvine.gamespot.com/x-men-unlimited-6-primal-scream/4000-39657/
As far as I can tell, this is the remastered variant by Bryan Hitch & Paul Mounts, while the original image was by Bryan Hitch & Cam Smith in 1994.

Hey all. I know I got it almost two weeks ago, but the new Generation X looks good. Jubilee to be a regular, and there is Chamber in Issue 1 and if I figure right, Issue 2. Emplate/M to be the baddie in Issues 3 & 4. Can we hope for Penny to be in upcoming issues in the future? Who do we need to bug to get that to happen?

Aside from the writer? Hmmmm...
Emplate/M to be the baddie in Issues 3 & 4.
Are they not using M-plate?
Are they not using M-plate?
No. In one of the other series, M, who was part of Magneto's group, found Emplate in the Morlock tunnels. She made a deal with him, allowing him to survive, and using her as a vessel. I believe he literally took over her, or awoken the hunger that may have existed in all the St Croix's, if you look back at Issue 24 of Generation X.

As Cale said, Emplate has possessed Monet, so it's a kind of weird fusion that's not quite the same thing as when M Twins merged with Emplate to become M-Plate.
It was back in Cullen Bunn's "Uncanny X-Men" title that ended right before ResurrXion. ^_^
Side Note: We haven't seen Penance/Hollow in Generation X Vol. 2 yet, but there's only been two issues so far, so there's still plenty of time to hope for an appearance/reunion.

Yikes, scary giant Monet/Emplate. I'd hope to see Penny in the near future. This book looks very promising.

Or Emplate and M combined becomes the new Penance, lol. :)
