This is a full resources battle with one week prep time.
Who takes it.
For how powerful she is, I don't think Flame Princess is going to get much mileage out of prep time. Bubblegum, on the other hand, is kind of a monster when she has to actually get out and [I]do[/I] something. I'm inclined to say Bubblegum, if only because it's a whole week and the sort of things she does with less than that are [I]crazy.[/I]
Not only does PB have all kinds of prep-time mojo, she's used it to create devices specifically to dampen Flame Princess' powers. I see no reason why she couldn't do it again.
Since this is a full resource battle, I wanted their respective kingdoms involved. Do the banana guards hurt PB's efforts? Does having Cinnamon Bun on her side give Flame Princess an advantage against PB.

Not likely. If she has to involve them at all, she'll probably assign them some meaningless task to make them feel important, putting them somewhere they can't interfere with the outcome of the battle.

More of an advantage than she'd have without him, owing to PB's likeliness to underestimate him. But I don't think it would be enough to win.
