Were they in the UK or something?
I don't know how common phone booths that looked like that were here in the United States.
(Heck, how common were full-sized phone booths here in the U.S. in 1996-1997?)
GOD I miss Humberto Ramos! His work on Impulse was FIRST CLASS.

Jesse wearing pants? Blasphemy :p.
Far and away loved her as Jessie Quick over Liberty Belle. I also liked her brief turn as The Flash-heir-apparent, even though I knew that wasn't going to stick...

I liked Liberty Belle better because I always prefer flying bricks over speedsters. There was also something old fashioned and cool about the jodhpurs with riding boots. (But not the high-heeled pirate boots she also wore with that costume.)

Absolute favorite costume she was given.

That's a very Lady Flash costume.
(Not that that's necessarily a bad thing).

She had issues. Jessie did not (or at least, no more than other superheroes).

One of my first flash comics! Came in a cool flash comic holder collecting each issue of Terminal Velocity .

I really liked Jesse in Terminal Velocity. She showed a lot of character that I haven't really seen in many other places. Wish they would have continued with it.
Also 90's jacket thrown on a super hero suit for the win. Lol.

Love that era of Flash. I always liked how Jesse and Wally didn't see eye-to-eye; there was a level of mutual respect, but they definitely weren't close friends.

As a kid I was not happy about that aspect. I was excited to see the Flash have a female counterpart and thought it would be like Superman and Supergirl. One happy family. Or maybe even a love interest. Boy was I let down. I was a very small kid though.
Now I think their relationshop was interesting. She thought Wally was a jerk. But so did most women. :p
I still wish they had more interaction though. She was only part of the Flash family for a brief period. I would have liked to see what they were going to do with her after they brought her back in with Flash Rebirth. But that whole thing got demolished pretty fast.

While I will always love her as Jesse Quick, she had some great moments as Liberty Belle in the Justice Society.

Someone should make a visual timeline of every costume Jesse's ever worn.
