I dont understand what happened to Magneto. Explain it to me like I am stupid.
In short, he wanted to stay in this world even though he knew he had to go back. In order for him to stay and help Nate rebuild the World again, he had to sacrifice his good side which stayed in the AOX and sent the bad parts of Magneto back into 616.
I donīt think he separated his good and bad side, it looks to me like he wanted to stay but knew he needed to go to his own world so in exchange of not killing Nate and his world he asked for his AOX version to stay and help Nate make a better world without a secret police, x-men or apocalypse around. It was a nice end imo but I would like if it was explained a little better, like for example how will this affect Magneto on hickman story, well, lest just wait and see. :)
They talked it out, are they serious with this.

Given how Jean tried that 5 months ago and it failed, really makes you realize how completely pointless this all was. It was literally a giant circle and Nate learned nothing and still thought he was right in the end.

Up there with the whole "Oh golly, had I known the Mist killed mutants I would have pushed my big "no more mist" button 5 issues ago" IMO.
If they had a big fight, wouldnt that just be a repeat of Disassembled? Is that not more boring for yall?
Julian: Time re-write and re-boot XXX-Men ehhehehe...Jules Johnson is back baby!
Will that be a sustainable business for him back on Earth?
Like Im kinda shocked that they decided to bring back the Nate/Dani ship

I like Dani and it is the best ship Nate has had.
I tapped out on this event early on.
Is there a condensed, TL;DR somewhere already? Or anyone mind PM'ing me the gist?
Still dont get what the point of Dani being in this was and that ending didnt make it make sense.
If they had taken this more serious I think some people, not all would lof liked this story more. They should have focused on a conflict between the mutants that wanted stay against the ones that wanted go home. In the end, Jean made the choice for the ones that wanted to stay. I wish someone would have said to Bishop that in one of those realities you tried to kill a baby. You have no right to take the high ground on anyone.

If they killed Nate, and some of them wanted to, they also would kill the world nate created who had people as real as the X-men, it was that what stoped them. I thik thatīs a valid reason imo, I donīt think the writers wanted this to be like a normal superhero story but more of a reflection about the X-men place in the world.
