It just depends on how heavy you want the continuity to be for the most part.
If you want books that are quick to get into though:
Elektra
She-Hulk
Black Widow
Mighty Avengers
Superior Foes of Spider-Man

I am really enjoying Black Widow. I don't know much about Natasha, other than what is on Wikipedia, but I don't feel lost at all. Edmundson is giving clear and consise reasons for why Natasha is doing what she is in the book, without cluttering it up with a lot of information that could be confusing.
And Phil Noto's art is just gorgeous.
Also enjoying Ms. Marvel and it is also really easy to get into. Kamala Khan is a cool and interesting and fun character so far. The art is different, but fits the book.
My bad, forgot to mention Ms. Marvel as well. That's a well written book.
So many possibilities:
-Black Widow.
-Ms. Marvel.
-Captain Marvel.
-Magneto.
-She-Hulk.
-Elektra.
-New Warriors.
-All-New X-Factor.
-etc.
Although if you don't want to be bogged down with a ton of continuity, then I'd suggest:
-Black Widow.
-Ms. Marvel.
-Captain Marvel.
-She-Hulk.
-Elektra.
Start with those.
Three very reliable, compelling choices.
Thor: God of Thunder

Silver Surfer

Captain Marvel

Mighty Avengers. It's far and away the best book Marvel is putting out right now.
After that, Daredevil.
If you don't mind picking up a book that recently concluded, get volume 2 of Young Avengers. GREAT book.
Ms. Marvel is a fantastic book - well-written, fun art, great character. It's just excellent stuff.
Captain Marvel's great. Kelly Sue DeConnick writes the most human characters in comics, I feel.
Silver Surfer is great. It's drawn by Mike Allred, which means it's hilarious, and also really sweet.
All-New Ghost Rider has good writing and good art, and is currently the only Marvel book being written by a black person, which I feel makes it worth supporting.
She-Hulk's great. Loki. Mighty Avengers, though I hate Greg Land's art so much.
I would suggest:
Mighty Avengers
Guardians of the Galaxy
Daredevil
Black Widow
Electra
Amazing Spider-Man
I would also say look at Silver Surfer and Iron Fist.
Its honestly harder to find a bad book at Marvel right now.
...never thought id be saying that.
My faves are:
Daredevil
Hawkeye
Thor
Captain America
Moon Knight
Daredevil, She-Hulk and Silver Surfer are fantastic.
Daredevil
Silver Surfer
Captain Marvel
Ms.Marvel
Mighty Avengers
Moon Knight
Magneto
Loki
Daredevil and Moon Knight are decent.
Don't forget Punisher. My favorite current title.
There are lots of good books at Marvel right now. I'd support what others have said about Hawkeye, Thor, and Moon Knight. All are good, and these volumes are new enough that you can easily get the entirety of them (especially Moon Knight).
I'd also add Hickman's Avengers and New Avengers. Two sides of one big story and the two books have a distinct feel and focus. Plus you get a lot of the Marvel characters all in just these two books.
If you've never read and are new to the character, what are some trades I should start out with.
I'm thinking Frank Miller's Man Without Fear and Born Again? Would Born Again make sense to a new reader?
