Truer words have never been written.
I loved this. So much. I am okay with QQ dying each issue/mission. It would be even funnier if its never acknowledge by the rest and he gets pissy about it.
And I always love when we go back to the Beast is the worst well. Just hope we actually get that thing developed.
The last scene was perfect and the art was perfect.
My only gripe is that we're losing Jean as part of the cast? She's so well written here, let's not! Maybe she can still be in the book but not part of the team? Also was this the moment where she drops the Marvel Girl outfit for her X-Men Green outfit?
I’m so happy to have this title back. Someone earlier mentioned Logan talking about Peter reminded them of the Ultimate X-Men and I was right there with you lol. I’m not one to care much in the way of who’s hooking up with who in the X books but after decades of tension I will acknowledge that Logan and Jean getting together on page is something of a milestone.
Logan says Peter has "everything big".
What does he mean?

Let’s ask Kitty.
Black Tom and Krakoa...
Not convinced this is at all healthy.

‘Sweet groiny taste’? As in tasting of groin? Ew.
Now that you've pointed it out, I want that mug too.
And then I want the recipe for a Krakoan Mai-Tai!
OH MY GOD, THEY KILLED KENNY!!!!!!!!!YOU BASTARDS!!!!!!!....uh I mean Quentin...finally with Logan and Jean, and Logan could just be joking/teasing...

Pretty sure he means "everything." ;)
I would love to see Hank become essentially Dark Beast (though perhaps not quite as out-and-out evil). But it would be a great scene if he were to find himself at odds with his darker AoA counterpart, and basically became enraged at the latter taunting him for becoming him and ultimately our Hank strangles him to death or something, realizing that he has done just that. That would be a hell of a scene IMO. And an interesting arc for Hank, truly coming to grips with the fact that he’s not the hero he thinks of himself as. I’d still keep him on X-Force, since that’s the place for such dark, amoral characters.
Me too, Mike Carey did something like this on that endangered species story but after recent events I think Dark Beast has more of a reason to point this out to Hank and maybe truly make him reflect on what he has been doing. Hank´s ego thinking he´s always right and knows better than almost everyone and that it justifies his all of his actions have become his main enemy.
How is QQ generating globes of light?
Shouldn't his tk/to be more or less invisible?
Some artists like to highlight tk/tp use with colour and others don't. But either way I wouldn't have thought those powers generate any light?

I sure hope so.

Both Jean and Quire did the tk light trick in an earlier issue of X-force (I think it was issue 6). I guess their tk energy does give off a pink-ish glow.
Betsy has used her psychic knife for light before.
Issue was meh. Glad jeans gone to prevent them from tainting her any more than this mess of an issue already did. She’s not meant for X Force.
