I believe you mean, "Joker's stupidity powers". :p
Oh silly me, how could I forget the Joker possesses "super-sanity" giving him an "ultra-sensory perception" on reality. Of course he would impervious to the lasso. :p

Lol, when was the last time they had Diana with the lasso on a cover? Ironically, this is the one time I'd have preferred the sword.
I wonder if the cover isn't misleading, but they're actually changing the story. Perhaps at the end she'll decide to simp for Batman instead :p
The preview doesn’t make it seem likely given she’s described as the “devil on his shoulder”. But they changed Hush, would be kind of cool if they changed this to Diana realizing Clark’s lost his mind and she’s also on the wrong side and takes him down.

Maybe the mediocrity of these animated films can finally do some good and they can make changes that piss off the Injustice and Taylor fanboys by making changes like Hush did. :p
I know right? Looking at the cover, you'd think she's going to be in between trying to keep the peace. But we already know that's a lie.
The games did the same thing. I remember the initial pieces of promo art for first game featured Batman and Superman at each other's throats while Wonder Woman was off to the side, looking distressed as if she wanted no part of what was going on.
It's like they know what Diana's part in a Superman/Batman divorce should be and then say "Nope."
Here’s something hilarious I only recently discovered: They’ve done the exact plot of Injustice already in the DCUO comic tie-in, Clark was tricked into killing Lois by Lex and Brainiac, except Diana wasn’t an evil b**** so Clark didn’t go nuts. She’s the one who got him to stop. It’s even drawn by the Injustice artist!

God I’d rather get a movie about this, it’s a reminder of a time when everything didn’t revolve around dickriding Batman.
I've been begging for the lasso to return to prominence and this is how it happened.

I absolutely do not get this reference.

Monkey's Paw.
Your wish is granted but at a deadly price.

See, now this looks a 'Superman on edge' story that I would actually read.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they speed things up and cram the Superman vs Wonder Woman fight scene in at the end.
Wonder Woman talks casually about how she has no problem killing her foes. She gets a few bad ass action scenes but not enough to overshadow Superman or Batman. Audience rises in applause and praises her for being a Strong Female Character.

So...the Snyder-Verse?
Oh, trust me. They know what's it's supposed to do.
They just don't care (courtesy of the Worst Wonder Woman Writer).
So the lasso doesn't work on the mentally ill? (since when?)
I swear, the lasso gets a metaphorical hammer to it's metaphorical kneecaps the second it becomes useful, or more accurate, when the writers become lazy. :p
Sort of like how the Lasso failed to reveal this universe's Steve Trevor was a Nazi?
I'm reminded how the DCAU nerfed the Lasso because they thought it made resolving plots too easy. There's this thing called "Idiot Plot," where the plot of the story only works if every character involved is an idiot.
If your story completely unravels if a)Wonder Woman remembers to use her Lasso, and b)the Lasso actually works like it's supposed to...maybe it's not a very good story and you should rethink it?
Now I'm wondering if they're gonna mention the Nazi Trevor backstory in the movie...

Its an Injustice direct to dvd/streaming animated film from a studio that's been consistently on a B+ movie quality. At best we might get a sentence.
