Random question: Cars or A Bug's Life?
Cars for me, just for the fact that I couldn't care enough to finish A Bug's Life. I would never believe it was a Pixar movie if I didn't know for a fact.

I fucking love A Bugs Life.
Cars was good, but yeah.
...Or am I thinking of antz?
Eh, both were good.
I really dislike Cars.
It's such a nothing film.
I’m reading the Batwing series over again and it’s just as awesome as I remember. I hate that DC got rid of David. David was badass and loved him fighting crime in Africa. I do enjoy his replacement Luke Fox though.

I don't know about that, I can appreciate it's status love letter to the route 66 lifestyle.

I know what it's meant to be but I have no connection to that lifestyle, I don't like the characters, the art direction doesn't work for me and it feeds on this vacuous sense of nostalgia that is just a bit icky to me.
It's just a non entity for me in terms of films.
Not going to touch the other business here, since it seems to have faded (and I don't know the particulars, in any case).

Ugh.
So it's a game that's a blatant gore-storm, where the entire basis for it is the gleeful mass-gunning-down of people for whom we should be feeling pity...only it takes that to about six different 'next levels'.
Yeah, I'll be passing.
Also, apologies to Anima players. I'll be getting to any posts this weekend. :)
Rest In Peace, awaiting us upon a silent world.
Opportunity: Brave Little Explorer.

It comes down to theme tropes.
Cars: Winning is not what matters but the journey to reach it. (!The sequel
Was James Bond parody, with anthropology Orphic cars. Not seen third.)
Bugs Life: I enjoyed it more because it is basically “ The Seven Samurai/ Magnificent Seven. Except tropes thrown around so different story/outcome.
All the discussion of Bleach earlier (last week?) made me go back and read through some of it.
I'm struggling through the endless battle against Aizen now. Am considering starting it again and actually counting the amount of times he says something like 'Did you think that would work?!'

I’ve still not managed to do anything in either game, so don’t feel guilty. :(

I would tell you to get your rear in there, but I have suspicions there is a reason.

IIRC he stops saying it when he becomes Butterflaizen.
I actually rather enjoy the Espada battles. But Harribel looking unimpressive compared to Stark and Barragan is still a major complaint.

I like those fight's, it's just that they go FOEVAR. O_o
I also like Gin and his stuff. There's a surprising amount of good stuff about characters all hidden inside what amounts to a gazillion pages of non-stop Shonen battle.
But I reaaaaaally got tired of Aizen bellowing that out -- dude, stop trying to convince yourself, it's getting embarrassing.
