It was dying in Otherworld that caused problems.
But also dying in Arakko (the island), according to the Hellions comics.
Edit: Or maybe it was Amenth as mentioned by PolariceFire. :)
Edit 2: Arakko and not Amenth... Hmmm....

So unless I’m much mistaken; isn’t the Great Ring based out of the main city of Arakko?

I'd have to check to be sure, but I think in the actual non-data pgs. where it took place, it was said the Hellions were in the wilds of Amenth when they first faced Tarn & his Locus Vile.
And what of those who have died on the planet of Arakko & been resurrected since, there's been no "honing" of them, that I'm aware of anyway.

Like Krakoa, Arakko doesn't have a main city. The Great Ring is a designated area on Arakko.

I thought Arakko prime was the city the Arakkii were living in while they were beseiged?

Arakko Prime is the island itself, but there was a city at one point, definitely. X-Men (2019) #14 talks about the mutants of Arakko living behind walls raised between the ten towers they created to stave off the Amenthi demons. When Arakko fell to Amenth, 'the millions of mutants inside its walls found themselves trapped' according to its data page. Its unclear if the city is still there though, or if the Arakkii just live spread out across the island (and now the rest of their planet) similar to how Krakoans have no capital city, just communal 'neighborhoods' like the Akademos Habitat or the Carousel.
