That is annoying. Do they have a stock checker?
Yeah, that's how I found out they didn't have it in stock. Luckily I checked before I left the house so I didn't waste time driving there. I just don't get the time to drive there and today was THE day. They're due more in on Thursday, so I'm hoping to go on the weekend.

I wish I had time! I'm spending my days trying to finish my books. I might try it tonight, but I struggle to binge TV...
Saying that, only one episode, righr?

Two episodes so far. They showed the first episode on Sunday and the second episode last night. Quite good so far. It's got a "Line of Duty" (same writer) and "The Night Manager" feel to it.

Bit gutted about the waste of time at the Solicitors this morning but other than that it's been a decent day, even the rain has held off despite the grey clouds.

We've had no rain in the Midlands either today. I've had a haircut and went to Zizzi's to eat. That sums up my day really lol. Hope you can still sort out what you needed to at the solicitors.

According to the solicitor, I have to wait until we get a full-schedule of the courts before we can begin discussing it fully for legal purposes...Fun and games this legal stuff...Anyhow, whilst I'm waiting for that, work went smoothly today at least. The rain is still holding off despite the grey clouds, it's almost like it wants to rain but doesn't have the courage to do so LOL. Having said that it'll probably rain like cats and dogs when Bertie takes me for my walk later on.

The heat here continues being hot, and I’ve had my fill. I like summer as much as anyone else, but I won’t mourn when this one ends.

Waiting for a flight is painful, especially when it is less than 72 hours away!

I stare across the water
Which just like me
Was once in motion
Infinitely deep and ominously black
Just like what I read in your eyes
Blind as a bat and willingly deaf
I forever want to be
To not be able to see or hear
That everything is lost
Without you I can't
Eat, sleep, walk, dance, live
So I stay here sitting
And I stay here waiting
Until the water starts flowing again
And then I will drift along
Down to the sea
Where you
Will wait for me
The sky is light
And endless
And so far above me
Unreachable and yet
So close
Just like you
It's written in the air
But it lingers on my lips
Without you I can't
Eat, sleep, walk, dance, live
So I stay here sitting
And I stay here waiting
Until the water starts flowing again
And then I will drift along
Down to the sea
Where you
Will wait for me
I stare across the water
Which, just like me
Was once in motion

If there is anyone here in the path of Hurricane Florence, stay safe. Don't take any chances and do what you have to do to protect yourself and your families.
