The second season finale which is now the series finale aired a little while back, so I don't see a wrap up coming.
I'm going to guess that either The Originals only has one season left of they're going to kill off Klaus if he's a cast member of that upcoming X-men show...

One has to wonder if Hawley and co had an alternate ending to this season if it had not been renewed. There may be open ended cliff-hangers to build up the anticipation of s02 now.
CBS renews 16 shows. I was happy to see they renewed Superior Donuts but disappointed that Elementary wasn't one of the renewals (at least not yet, but things seem dim).
Cinemax has canceled The Knick after 2 seasons.
Fox has cut Lucifer's 2nd season to 18 episodes. The remaining four episodes will be used at the start of Season 3. Details
Life in Pieces is the little show that could.
I am pissed that I went on and watched Good Girls Revolt despite knowing it was cancelled because it ended in a cliff hanger and gosh durn it I want answers.
Last I remember Elementary was barely getting by even before this season started and the general idea was that this would be the last season unless ratings got a pretty big jump...not much left for the show to really do with the characters at this point sadly...
