it's starting to feel 4th season arrowverse.
any progress is reset and deliberately made worse so we can have drama.
The main cast is becoming more and more unlikable (sole exception Gambi), and was hoping the opposite would happen.
Tobias Whale should be on Legends of Tomarrow at this point. I think he could be hammy enough to fill Daimen Darkk's shoes. :D

Sure would be nice if gambi ended up on the flash, or something.

None of the characters on this show would fit in any other Arrowverse show. Maybe Painkiller when that getting going.

I think Jefferson would be cool to see on The Flash, if only as a one-off.

I really do love the characters but I feel like the show's relationship with Tobias is what makes it feel so repetitive. Here we are with the same villain from three years ago, I don't mind recurring villains but after season 2 they should've shelved him. Too much time on a character that's not shifting motives or having any profound development.
Not sure if the 22 episode model on the CW is starting to affect me but I feel like we should've been at this point two seasons ago.

Tobias Whale has the Malcolm Merlyn problem.
Great how he was originally used, but he way overstayed his welcome.
-
Tobias is Black Lightning's archenemy and most personal enemy, so I feel like his use in the show has been appropriate in that respect. He sat out a lot of season 3 as it is and this is the final season, so I don't really see an issue with him being the last villain.

I don't think Tobias is as bad as Malcolm Merlyn. When Jefferson starting doing strange bedwillows type stuff with Tobias that's when we've got peak Malcolm. I like this show is keeping him a threat rather than a reluctant ally

They seemed to get along pretty well in Crisis on Infinite Earths, Part 3, at least once Jefferson had time to process the loss of his world and family, both of which (thankfully) got integrated into the "new" Arrowverse.

Is it me or are therapists (who aren't evil or incompetent) becoming more common on superhero shows? Hell, this show has had two of them.

I miss that therapist Barry and Iris were seeing...

Did I see that right that Anthony Carrigan aka Gotham-Zsasz, is Tobias Whale's new right-hand man? He's credited nowwhere.

I thought that guy looked familiar. Wasn't he also a villain in the first season of the Flash?

He played Kyle Nimbus, yeah.
