Jemma Simmons (Agents of SHIELD) gets stranded on Lian Yu (Arrow)

I've had that idea for a while, since we got our first glimpse at Survivor Simmons, but the latest episode is what ended up making me write that post. So, that Monolith, at the end of Season 2, grabs Simmons like in the actual show. But instead of sending her who knows where, she travels through time and space, until she reaches a certain Chinese island, where, like on Arrow, Yao Fei sees her and shoots her non-fatally in the chest. From that point on, how does Jemma fare?

Two more points:
1) Due to Hyperbolic Time Chamber-style shenanigans, while Fitz will find the way to get Simmons back within six months, like it actually happened on AoS, on Simmons' side, assuming she makes it, three whole years will have gone by. (Note to self: Necro this thread at the end of Season 4, and once more at the end of Season 5, once we know more about what Ollie had to do to survive those last two years.)
2) Ollie never made it to Lian Yu in the first place.

Bonus scenario: Simmons gets sent to that moon/planet/whatevs, but instead of Will and his NASA equipment, she finds pre-Mirakuru Slade Wilson, complete with his ASIS plane and whatever was in it, who has been stranded there since 2005, because as we all know, Australia's Space Program is Hardcore. What happens?
