Long, long ago there were eighteen universes, and Lord Zeno ruled over them all. According to the Grand Priest, at some point, Lord Zeno destroyed six of them.

This is not true.

Lord Zeno did not destroy these universes, but instead sealed them away for reasons only he and the Grand Priest were ever aware of, instead spreading the tale that in a fit of anger he had destroyed them, using this as a warning to the surviving universes to mind themselves and beware his anger.

Our story takes place in one of these sealed away universes, Universe 15. It is here, on it's Earth, that our story begins (Universe 15 has no idea it's been sealed away, of course. Only it's God of Destruction and Supreme Kai know the truth. Maybe.). This is where we shall uncover the truth of why the universes were sealed away, and what the true fates of these universes are, for all is not what it seems, and even Lord Zeno does not know what lay in their future.

Welcome! In this game you'll be playing denizens of Universe 15's Earth. You are free to play any race you wish (human, cyborg, alien, dealer's choice, just run it by me first if it's something original), and you'll all start off at a power level of 50. The game will level you up as you post and interact and fight, so not everyone will power up at the same rate. However, things won't ever get too far apart I'd imagine. The last one everyone was within a few thousand of each other as a reference.

Now, a few things. This Earth is pretty much the same as standard DB Earth, with a few exceptions. Capsule Corp exists (somewhat less a monopoly here), but is run by the Pants family instead. This Earth has a somewhat more advanced space program, so aliens living on Earth is more known/accepted. Magic exists, and you are more than welcome to play a magic user too, just don't expect to drop things like Pre-Crisis Fate or Classic Strange level stuff just yet. Also, please keep super powers/abilities in check. Things like Telepathy are allowed, but don't expect me to allow Charles Xavier type mental shut downs. If you have a question about a power/ability, just run it by me first. :)

[B][I]The Crimson Spirit of Bounteous Destruction[/I][/B]

Originally, the Spirit of Bounteous Destruction was never designed for combat purposes. The lessons that were offered to Ishtar over the course of several thousands of years, are simply aspects of the "good", and the "bad" used as a means of balancing her nature while also teaching the blue-skinned Oni how to think, and be. In summary, it is simply a way of life. Yet over the course of those thousands of years, and thanks to a blending of instinct, and Ki/Magical energy; each lesson eventually manifested outwardly. While some of the manifestations were/are useful for protection, and combat, this left Ishtar at a disadvantage until recently. Thanks to the guidance and training of Sarada however; the Oni has been given a strong foundation in attack, defense thanks to the Style of the Crimson Fist. Additional training at the hands of Tasure (refinement), and two months worth of sparring with Asha'rah, allowed Ishtar to build upon the foundation offered by Crimson Fist and make the style her own. Now known as the Crimson Spirit of Bounteous Destruction, Ishtar's way of live has been supplemented by the newfound martial knowledge, allowing her to [post=3643449]attack, parry, counter, and capitalize on openings offered by her opponents to deliver massive damage with precise timing and minimal movement[/post]; creating a unique fighting style known only by one.

[B][U]Ishtar's Techniques (Part 1):[/U][/B]

[B][I]Aṣ̌a Vahiṣ̌ta[/I][/B] [I]"The Truth is, simple. I exist."[/I] - As Ishtar sheds her previous understanding, the radiant White-Gold flame that once coated her extremities as a means of offering the 'truth of intent', has now turned inward; and taking the true concept of Aṣ̌a to heart (literally), the Oni has found herself capable of surviving injuries that would have once been the death of her. A side-effect too of this internalization, Ishtar's physicality is now inexorably linked to the spark of life that refuses to be put out; and as such her strength and durability is now at all times, equal to her PL.

In essence, so long as Ishtar has the strength, she will continue to be.

[B][i][URL="[B][i][URL="https://i.imgur.com/LlXSn5D.png"]Xšaθra Vairya[/URL][/i][/B] - Ishtar's body is now a blending of crystal, and metal, and blood. The blade that she had once 'found' herself in, has now been reshaped thanks to Jinzi Pantaloon, and Nunlil, into her right arm. Allowing her unrestricted use of the limb as if it had never been lost at all; while also allowing her to 'reforge' the appendage should it suffer damage. As a result of this too, Ishtar is also capable of manipulating metal, allowing her to create weapons and armor; or even liquefy and re-solidify metal on a whim ... so long as the metal is bound to her in some fashion, or has been previously imbued with her Ki.
[LIST][*][b][i]Sûrahe Vaêdha[/i][/b] (Avesta: literally. "Weapon, Knowledge") - [I]"Blessed be you, Daughters of the Moon, and Children of Moonlight ... for yours is the mantle of order ... peace."[/I] - The information contained with in the energy gifted by Sekhmet, was not simply the hidden knowledge of a forgotten school of magic, but the knowledge of the Order of the Twin Luminaries and its peacekeepers: The Moonsworn. As a result, the martial training that was offered all Knights of the Moonsworn is now at Ishtar's disposal as well, affording her a passive increase to her martial competence in the use of Khosian (Ancient Egyptian), and Luarian (Celtic) arms. A secondary aspect of this ability, [b][i]Xshathra[/i][/b] (Avesta: literally. "Power, Dominion, Rule"), Ishtar is also capable of focusing her energy through the tip, or edge of a weapon as if it were one of her own limb. This concentrated energy enhances the strength of her attacks with the weapon used by x3 Ishtar's PL (900000) for (5) attacks. This ability cannot be 'double-dipped' and requires a short channel time (2) in-game posts before it can be re-used.[/LIST]

[B][I]Spəntā Ārmaiti[/I][/B] - [I]"... of Mother Nature; she who is the very ground beneath your feet ... who provides for her children good dwelling, and enduring ..."[/I] - Ishtar's body has formed a kinship with the earth itself, and through it is able to take on its aspects; allowing her to bolster her defenses while also improving her ability to withstand punishment. Yet as her connection with the world(s) around her, and its 'children', has deepened; so too has the golden-eyed Oni's understanding of it.
[LIST][*][B][I]Pṛthivīpatnī[/I][/B] - "The Lady of Earth ..." - By filtering her Ki down into the world(s) beneath her, Ishtar capable of manipulating the sand, stone, and soil, as she might her own limbs in an area around herself equal to 50-Yards for each 10000 of her PL. Supplemental to this, as had been performed once before- [URL="http://community.comicbookresources.com/showthread.php?105893-Dragonball-M-Chapter-1-Silent-Menace-Aproaches!&p=3435800&viewfull=1#post3435800"]an act of desperation more so than understanding[/URL]- Ishtar is capable of spreading her bolstered defenses to that of her allies through physical contact.[/LIST]

[b][i]Vohu Manah (Vōhu-Mánāh)[/b][/i] - "... of the kinship of animals, and of cattle in particular." - By diverting her body's chi into three specific areas (legs, and her horns), Ishtar performs a devastating close-range attack designed to penetrate the defenses- and possibly the bodies- of her enemies.

[b][i]Haurvatat[/b][/i] - "... of the waters; and of the wholeness provided by its sustenance." - Ishtar draws her daily sustenance from the energies provided by water.

[B][I]Amərətāt[/I][/B] -[I] "... and of plant-life, and the immortality provided by its sustenance."[/I] - By actively drawing upon the plant-life around her, Ishtar is capable of amplifying the strength of a single action that relies upon her Ki. Yet as her understanding of the connection between herself, and the Flora that is found upon the surface of the world(s) flourishes, so too does her understanding of the relationship between it (Amərətāt), and Spəntā Ārmaiti.
[LIST][*][B]Dūraoša[/B] - [I]"Of the beautiful man, he who through the White Haoma, keeps death at a distance." [/I]- By repurposing the energy absorbed from plant-life, Ishtar is capable of offering succor, and nourishment to those in need by filtering this energy into their bodies to either replenish their stamina, heal injury, or empower their next Ki-based ability. Ishtar is capable of storing the energy necessary for (2) uses, gaining additional 'charges' at a rate of (1) per 10000 PL, unaugmented. A single charge is capable of restoring 25% of one's stamina/energy, healing injuries no greater than broken bones, or amplifying the strength of a target's next Ki-based ability by 50% of their base PL. Multiple charges are capable of restoring an additional 25% of one's stamina/energy per charge, healing moderate internal injury, and amplifying the strength of a target's Ki-based ability by an additional 10% of their base PL per charge. Ishtar is, by nature of the ability, incapable of using this ability (Amərətāt) on herself.[/LIST]

[B][U]Ishtar's Techniques (Part 2):[/U][/B]

[B][I]Druj (Indra)[/I][/B] - "Lie, as guided by chilling frost." - Ishtar's chi speaks the lie of her intent. Manifesting as a chilling frost, it coats Ishtar briefly before shattering, to reveal the Oni gone, and in her place is a 'clone' of ice. Whilst hidden/glamored, Ishtar will have (1) free action, based on her movement range per second (m/s), before the clone shatters and Ishtar reappears. The higher Ishtar's power level, the more clones she is able to generate (1).

[b][i]Spəntā Aēšma[/i][/b] - [I]"Through tempering, and the crucible of death and rebirth; I have learned the truth of Bounteous Wrath ... Let me teach you of it now."[/I] - An ability in two parts:

[SIZE=1][B][U]The passive effect being that Ishtar is now wholly capable of projecting/manipulating her innate Ki energies, without risk of tapping into her Hakai energies unnecessarily.[/U][/B][/SIZE]

The active effect of [B]Spəntā Aēšma[/B]. By tapping into the embers of Aēšma, Ishtar can now increase her strength and lust for battle over the course of combat, at the cost of slowly narrowing her focus and Ki usage towards a singular outcome. During this process, Ishtar's strength will increase gradually until she reaches the final stage, [B]Aēšma Sij:[/B]

[LIST][*][B]Stage 1 (Active)[/B] - An immediate increase to strength and speed equaling of 50% of her power level for a total of (33750), Ishtar loses the ability to use the following techniques: [B]Vōhu-Mánāh[/B], [B]Amərətāt[/B], [B]Druj[/B]. Ishtar will also lose the ability to perform the following spells: [B]Dar-Tanu[/B], [B]Viñdât Dûrât[/B], [B]Starapateñti, Paņca[/B].
[*][B]Stage 2 (Passive)[/B] - Ishtar loses the ability to deactivate [B]Spəntā Aēšma[/B], and in exchange receives an additional 50% increase to strength and speed for a total of (45000). In this stage Ishtar is also incapable of using any techniques or spells; with the exception of [B]Kāmag-Xwadāyīh[/B]. While also in the throes of [B]Stage 2[/B], her Ki energy becomes more chaotic, burning all things she makes contact with (including herself) and her horns also lengthen, slightly. Ishtar can be knocked out of this Stage so long as she is incapacitated, knocked unconscious before the final "turn". At which point nothing short of Death will prevent:

[U][B]Note:[/B][/U]

[LIST][*]The stages will progress based on the duration of the engagement, five posts to transition from[B] Stage 1[/B] > [B]Stage 2[/B]; and five posts to transition from [B]Stage 2[/B] > [B]Aēšma Sij[/B].[*]Aēšma Sij's effects are currently unknown.[*]Ishtar can now consciously cancel the progression so long as she has not progressed within two posts of Aēšma Sij.[/LIST]

[B][I]Asvins (Aśvinau) Naonhaithya[/I][/B] "... of the unified Daeva, the twin-spirit of spiritual disobedience." - A passive effect as the result of Ishtar's resolve, the Oni finds her body and soul resistant to the influences of others. This manifests in both a change- or rather a return to form- of her mind, body, and soul:

[LIST][*][B]Body/Soul[/B] - The Ki that permeates Ishtar's body mimics the Oni's defiant soul. This manifests as a resistance to Ki-abilities that target her physically, making it harder to perform things like the alteration of her physical form and the manipulation of her soul, halting or preventing movement, or the manipulating/draining of her Ki. A double-edged sword however, this also means that she is more resistant to beneficial effects such as healing via Ki manipulation/lending.[/LIST]
[LIST][*][B]Mind[/B] - Ishtar's mind similarly mimics Ishtar's defiant soul. This manifests- simply- as a resistance to telepathic suggestion/assault, the altering of her mind or mental state, or the altering her perception via illusions or some other means of obfuscation. Unlike the passive effect of her body/soul's resistance however, Ishtar can only sense that something is 'different' and must consciously attempt to bypass illusory effects.[/LIST]
[B][I]Note:[/I] [/B]This can be mitigated by Ishtar's consent, and this effect will fail completely should Ishtar exhaust her Ki. Her level of resistance is equal to double Ishtar's Current PL (30000/45000)

[B][I]Aka Manah (Akvan) [/I][/B]- "... of the Daeva of seduction and sensual desires." - Ishtar's soul years for satisfaction, and in finding it; a connection is fostered. A passive action that results from the formation of a beneficial relationship, Ishtar subconsciously 'binds' herself to someone in body and soul, allowing them to share in each other's experience. This results in each receiving a boost of 50% of Ishtar's [B]Current PL[/B] (7250), during combat. Not without its side-effects however, once paired Ishtar and her bond-mate [[B][post=3314780]Sarada[/post][/B]], experience what the other does. Simplified, if one experiences pleasure, the pleasure is shared between the bond. If one experiences pain, the pain is shared between the bond.

While a passive effect, the ability can be deactivated outside of combat. Similar to [B]Aeshma Xeshm[/B] however, once in combat the ability activates automatically and cannot be deactivated until safely outside of combat.

[B]Note: [/B]A 'bond-mate' is the individual(s) [Ishtar/Other] sharing the link. Only one person may be bound to Ishtar in this manner. In the event of death or serious injury, only the mortally wounded individual will die (obviously). The other however, will experience all of the pain and emotional backlash of the dying individual.

[B][I]Araska[/B][/I] - "... Of revengefulness, and of the evil eye." - A secondary side-effect of the connection forged by the Aka Manah, and its sharing of stimuli in exchange for its boon; the lesser Daeva of Vengeance has revealed itself to Ishtar. What it offers however, is deceptively simple: Payback.

This means that, should Ishtar suffer damage, be it the feedback from the Aka Manah (Sarada takes damage), or damage Ishtar receives directly (Self/Other), she can now harness the energy from the various sources of incoming damage -- to a certain point -- and can make use of this pilfered energy to amplify her stats across the board for a short duration (think Sebastian Shaw). The more she siphons the stronger she becomes, up to a total of x5 of her [I]maximum PL in a given state[/I]. It is not a uniform thing however, some methods are more efficient than others and will determine the amount of energy siphoned. Feedback from the Aka Manah (damage Sarada takes) can be siphoned at a rate of .2x Ishtar's Current PL. Direct damage (damage done directly to Ishtar via Self/Other), can be siphoned at a rate of .5x Ishtar's Current PL. After Ishtar reaches the maximum storable based on her PL (at the time the effect is activated), energy will not continue to be siphoned. Also, after (5) in-game posts, Ishtar will rapidly loose the built up energy, should there be no siphonable sources.

[b]Note:[/b] A ramping up effect, the intent is that the longer Ishtar remains in combat the stronger she becomes. The energy siphoning is a passive trait, however: [b][i]Araska[/b][/i] requires conscious -- non-verbal -- activation (she thinks it, she begins to siphon energy) before the passive takes effect. Similarly, while Ishtar's body is more resilient given her nature, and the recent alterations to her genetic make up; once the effect is ended it cannot be activated without sufficient time to recover (Healing to 100%, or (1) in-game day). A final note, while tapping into these reserves, Ishtar is unable to utilize the following: [B][I]Spəntā Ārmaiti[/I][/B].)

[CENTER][B][U]Additional "Free" Techniques/Supplementary Techniques/Spell List[/B][/U]

[B]Limited Flight[/B] - Ishtar is now capable of Ki/Chi aided flight. Though it is, more closely, simply the ability to hover/maneuver while airborne.

His frame is small at first glance, but well built and he sports white pants held up by a golden belt with an M embedded on it's front along with a pair of black shoes.. When sufficiently angered or motivated in some other way, he bulks up considerably, and his full height is around six feet.

Sasheem's never used thus move when conscious, but he's apparently aware of it enough to name it.

[B]Aqua Kadabra:[/B] A magic spell used to make any surface have similar properties to water, allowing Sasheem to swim in it.

[B]Counter-Warp:[/B] Upon physical impact, instead of taking damage, Sasheem scatters into chunks that warp around towards the opponent's other side where Sasheem will prepare a quick strike. Can only be used three times before a recharge is required.

[B]SameHada:[/B] An assassination technique Sasheem utilized in the past. He blasts a razor thin ki blast similar in shape to a shark's fin around seven feet tall in length, that slides around the ground, speeding towards his opponent, slicing through them if it makes contact.

Sasheem can control the movement of the ki fin with his arms and can even have it sink under neath a surface to mask it's whereabouts from an opponent.

This can be used as a simple projectile, strong enough to cause a large crater in the Earth or it can be held in place strategically for Sahseem to launch enemies into it.

[B]Naga Palm:[/B] A technique first devised by the long dead Snake School and variation on the multi-arm technique. With intense concentration, Sasheem can sprout up to five extra arms, growing seven in total, giving him the ability to cover his blind spots and take on multiple enemies at once in physical combat.

[B]Dynamo Drill Typhoon (DDT)-[/B] In mid-air, or after tossing his opponent in mid-air, Sasheem locks his arm around their head before spiraling faster and faster back towards the ground below, using ki blasts from his feet to boost himself as he spins fast enough to cause razor sharp wind to encompass him and his opponent, spiraling around like a drill.

From there he'll drive his opponent's head into the ground.

[B]Destroyer's Elbow[/B]- Sasheem shoots out three orbs from his body that hover in the air before leaping into the air in Katchin mode and ricocheting across each orb, building up speed until finally, he's propelled downward towards the opponent in a high speed elbow drop.

He used to have been capable of regeneration, but he hasn't been blown apart in so long, he's forgotten how.

[B]History:[/B] Born years and years and go to a race of Majin, Sasheem arrived on Earth and immediately set his sights on creating carnage. Corrupt world leaders and criminals saw his destructive potential and eventually became brave enough to attempt to hire him as a personal assassin for the (criminal) underworld. with offers of food and money to buy more food. Needless to say Sasheem quickly accepted.

He became one of the top three assassins in record time with other vicious warriors who became known as the Hell's Trio. Any would be hero who attempted to thwart criminals would be annihilated by them....until one day they crossed paths with a powerful wizard.

Sasheem's two companions were no match and were quickly defeated, but Sasheem was a step above them...but the wizard knew what sort of creature Sasheem was, having heard about him beforehand. He had a plan. Reciting an ancient spell, the old wizard attempted to seal Sasheem up for eternity in a lamp, but he sneezed and ended up fumbling the words.

Sasheem was sealed, not in a lamp, but in a toilet. The wizard, presuming this was an even more just fate for such a creature, left victorious. However, due to his fumbling of the spell, Sasheem would not remain sealed forever....For three rubs of the toilet and the demon within would be released to grant a wish...or that's what the rumors whispered amongst people who dared to pass by the ancient outhouse at the dead of night had heard.

Truth be told, Sasheem spread those rumors himself, as he could emerge partway from the toilet...He had originally attempted to trick passersby into getting close enough to be turned into food so he could at least eat while he's stuck in his aquatic prison, but they fled as soon as they realized the danger and he had no way to give chase.

Years stuck in the toilet have left Sasheem generally bored and irritable as well as lazy, having not much to do for a while. Even scaring off people from attempting to use the legendary cursed toilet was getting boring and as he was getting hungry, he grew tired and decided to take a long nap.

Eventually after many years of sleep, he became fed up with confimement and sought to find something interesting to do. around the present, he decided to spread more rumors again, the toilet now being surrounded by a large public park with plenty of victims to deceive.

This time, he planted rumors that demon of the cursed toilet had returned...this time, granting wishes in exchange for food or money. This worked for about a day or two before people discovered he was full of shit(....not literally, thankfully.).

So armed and angry a mob formed in an attempt to kill the majin. His fighting instincts dulled after many years of wasting away, Sasheem concentrated as hard as he could, hoping to break away from his prison, only to due so partway...he could unhinged the toilet from its stand on the ground, but he still couldn't remove himself from it....hopping away from the angry mob, he couldn't help but look on the bright side. At least he wasn't stuck in isolation anymore...and he had a whole new world to tear apart....as soon as he got something to eat.

Sarada was born to the parentage of two elite Saiyans, Guar and Lettise. They cared about as much about her as typical Saiyan parents, which was very little. When she was little, she was tested to measure her potential, the results of which were kept secret for the reason of tempering expectations. Whatever the results were, it led her instructors at the Combat Training Center to treat her more harshly than they did the other students.

This, on top of the success of her older sister, Parsley, only added more pressure to Sarada, which stunted her growth. She began her tenure at the CTC with a power level of 20, and ended with at 50, dooming her to a life as a slave in the Meat Market. She was quick to refuse this fate. For one reason or another, she decided to leave Vocado, despite not being strong enough to survive in space on her own. She managed to steal a ship and left before anyone could stop her.

Days later, she found herself on Earth, which she decided to make the stage for her ascension to greatness. She would grow in strength until she was powerful enough to leave everyone who ever doubted her in silent awe. Then, she would take her rightful place among the Saiyans of legend.

Her relationship with her mother is... complicated. While Lettise doesn't appear to care for Sarada much, if at all, there were times when she did show more concern for her daughter than most mothers would. Not enough to give evidence to even the minimal level of affection, and certainly not enough to compel her to actually play a more active role in Sarada's life than training her and occasionally seeing about her well-being.

Sarada is much more relaxed than older Saiyans, a result of the complete overhaul in education ushered forth by King Mato. She's just as quick to anger, but also just as quick to restrain herself, instead choosing to eventually let go of any trespass against her Saiyan pride. While not passive by any means, she is much more conscientious in how she reacts to provocation.

She, like many her age, is sexually liberated, choosing to enjoy mating with both genders. It seems, though, that she prefers females [spoil]She was molested when she was eight, and for years displayed an aversion to mating with men. She got over this hangup when she mated with Jack Knave, but he has been the only man she's been intimate with[/spoil]. She also despised half-breeds, much like many purebred Saiyans. [B]Dynamo Drill Typhoon (DDT)-[/B] In mid-air, or after tossing his opponent in mid-air, P-Sta locks his arm around their head before spiraling faster and faster back towards the ground below, using ki blasts from his feet to boost himself as he spins fast enough to cause razor sharp wind to encompass him and his opponent, spiraling around like a drill.

From there he'll drive his opponent's head into the ground.

[B]History:[/B] One day, a Yardratian scientist named Dr. Cast, under the employ of the Galaxy Patrol put out an offer. Undergo cybernetic strengthening utilizing the rare and difficult to destroy and become elite soldiers for the sake of protecting the galaxy. Only four siblings decided to volunteer, with the intent of becoming stronger and rose through the ranks of the Galaxy Patrol as decorated heroes. These four were P-Sta, his brother X-Bo, his sister N-Ten, and his sister P-Cee.

Dr Cast intended for their bodies to permanently become Katchub, but his calculations were off and thus the four were only able to stay in that state for minutes at a time, only able to increase the duration with training which begrudge the scientist. He considered the project a failure, though the four still managed to use their newfound abilities to become Galaxy Patrol officers.

Unfortunately, due to their various eccentricities, none of the four ever got promoted. They split off to protect different quadrants of the galaxy with P-Sta looking to guard the quadrant that this very story takes place in.

He once got an alert that a malevolent creature known as Majin Sasheem had been spotted on Earth, which was in his jurisdiction and he was tasked with getting rid of him, but...he got sidetracked on another planet along the way attempting to impress it's empress with tales of his heroics.

Eventually he made his way to Earth...and the Majin was nowhere to be found! The last known location of the Majin didn't have much in it period aside from an odd looking toilet. P-Sta could only come to the logical conclusion that the beast had heard of his arrival and offer himself in fear. Clearly the only explanation. Satisfied, P-Sta returned to his superiors and reported Majin Sasheem dead.

Parsley is what happens when reality meets – and exceeds – expectations. Born the eldest child of Saiyan Elites Guar and Lettise, Parsley was expected to be an extremely powerful saiyan from birth. Born with a power level of 150, she was never in any danger of enslavement. Rather than rest on her laurels and coast through the CTC, she used that guarantee to ensure that her growth was as steep as possible. By the time her training began after formal education, she had a power level of 230. By the end of her first year, it had doubled to 460. This caused her instructors to label her as a prodigy.

The praise and adulation came from every direction. Were saiyans capable of things such as humilty and modesty, Parsley may have simply deflected it and kept her head in her training. She didn't. At the young age of 11, she developed an ego that would put even the most powerful saiyans to shame. When a band of Saiyans returned with a new method of determining potential in young ones – stolen from the race they had just finished razing – it only grew. It was determined that she had the potential to be one of the most powerful saiyans alive, even rivaling King Mato.

It went straight to her head. It all went to her head and made her believe that she was the most powerful already. Her talent flourished her second year, swelling her power to 755. After her third year, it exceeded 1000. The instructors at the CTC were amazed and dumbfounded. They had only seen this kind of rapid development in two other saiyans, King Mato and Queen Toma, the two most powerful on the planet. Many believed that Parsley would surpass them and take her rightful place on the throne.

By this point, her younger sister, Sarada, was about to start her first year. The same Potential Prediction System was used to measure her potential. The results were astounding. While Parsley was slated to rival King Mato, Sarada was predicted to surpass him. Meaning that she would surpass Parsley as well, by a pretty good margin.

This would not do. She would not stand for her younger sister – or anyone, but especially not her – being stronger than she was. She did what she needed to do in order to ensure her place at the top of Vocadan society.

At the end of her fourth year, she was measured at 1345, then 1855 at the end of her fifth. When graduation came at the end of her final year, she was measured with a staggering 2250. At the age of 16, she was already a Super Elite.

Her power only grew when she started to partake in conquests and mercenary assignments. To deflate herself she has no choice but to unleash the poisonous gas . She can only hold the poisonous gas in for so long while inflated. Her species replenishes their specialize poison glands with in their specialize muscle by consume a poisonous insect that resembles a common housed fly. So to replenish her poison glands located in her specialize muscle Praxat consumes poisonous plants and poisonous insects , but technically she can consume anything poisonous and it will refilled her poison glands located in her specialize muscle .

History (Backstory): Praxat comes from a race of frog Type aliens in Universe 15 called Toadians , this race live on a planet were amphibians and reptiles are the high species. Praxat's Family's Pet Vog - Aoszer : Aoszer is a Ovizao he is the pet of the Luue family. he hatch a ride with Praxat when she head to earth. he stays with Khan at his place. despite the fact Aoszer drools and slobbers more then a bull dog . Aoszer is quiet well house train.


has a habit of snatch Khan's stuff and buried them in Khan's back yard. will it almost eat anything but favorite food earth peanut butter. Aoszer drinks just like a earth dog does. when clean up after Aoszer Khan uses a gas mask as the waste from is foul smell worse than that of dozen rotten eggs on top of a pile of garbage .


it's a smell so foul that Khan wears a mask just to keep from gaging. to Khan Aoszer does seem to resemble a bulldog but ugliler. Khan himself should be freak out by Aoszer appearance but Khan finds Aoszer somehow strangely adorable.

Long ago, massive creatures called dinosaurs roamed the lands. They still do, but they once posed as humanity's greatest foe, threatening to snuff out the fledgling species before they could even thrive. Several of these small early tribes of humans decided to join forces, becoming one in order to utilize the skills of their greatest warriors and hunters. Initially, it was only through a tremendous feat of skill, bravery, and luck that they could fell a dinosaur, but with practice and experience, such feats grew to become commonplace. Over time, the threat of the dinosaurs had become nothing more than hazy memories in the minds of the tribe's elders, yet the skills and techniques continued on, practiced and perfected against their fellow man as they clashed against hostile tribes. They survived on the fear they sown in their potential enemies, and ensured their safety through the brutality they delivered against those who would do them harm. As generations passed and peace persisted, such a brutal and violent style drew harsh criticisms and disdain from outsiders, making it difficult for the Dino School to be formally recognized as a martial arts, and even after it was, its practitioners would find it difficult to interact with the other schools. Some of the masters of the Dino School of martial arts would begin to contemplate whether or not such a brutal and violent style as their own should exist long after their purpose fulfilled and as a result, they withdrew from society as hermits, reluctant to take in students. Those that persisted, proudly and defiantly, like the Ogatan clan, would be systematically pushed away as their participation in organized tournaments or events would be restricted, if not outright banned.

In this current day, the Dino School of martial arts finds itself much like its ancient foes: relics of a time long passed, forced to survive in the wilderness.

[B][I]Charco[/I][/B]
As a child, Yakiniku Charco was quite the handful. Always energetic and mischievous, he provided no end of woes for his parents in his early life. His father sought to put this energy to use through sports, and while Charco enjoyed them, he proved too aggressive for his peers. This would prompt his mother to attempt to subdue these tendencies of his through herbal medicine and vigorous studies, and while this would prove to make him a relatively intelligent child (or at least kept him from being below-average otherwise), he would occasionally lash out, picking fights or getting into trouble. He couldn't help but feel that something was wrong with him, a feeling that would be confirmed after overhearing an argument between his parents one night. From what he learned, he had been "cursed" by those of his mother's family. Charco had never met them, as his mother had cut off all contact with them before his birth, but he knew that to cure this curse, he would need to confront the Ogatan clan.

And so, this eight-year-old boy would begin plotting out his journey, and eventually left home one night while his family slept. His trek was easy going at the start, but it was when his route drove him deep into the wilderness that he realized he had underestimated the scope of his task. The boy might have perished out there, had it not been for an elderly hermit who found him and gave him shelter. The hermit called herself Tyranno-sensei, explaining that she had once been the head of a great dojo who once fought against great and terrible beasts. Piquing the boy's interest, he asked her to train him, so as to fight off those that cursed him. Although reluctant, Tyranno-sensei said she would consider it, if his parents approved.

By the time daylight broke, word that a search party seeking out Charco had reached the hermit and the two of them went to meet the others. His parents, grateful for the return of their son, sought to thank Tyranno-sensei, only for their relief to turn to horror. The young boy would discover that Tyranno-sensei was his grandmother and one of the dreaded Ogatan clan he had been looking for. Confused that someone that had rescued him could be evil, he inquired about his curse, only to learn that it was not a real curse, but rather the deposition society once held for them. He might have been rambunctious and bit more aggressive than need be, but nothing was truly wrong with him. While it would take time, his family began to mend and as a result, his grandmother held true to her promise to train him, although it would now be to protect those he cared for.

*Charco's given name is a play on "Charcoal", while his currently recognized family name, Ogatan, is the term for a type of Japanese charcoal made from sawdust.
*Charco's real surname is Yakiniku, having changed it to his mother's surname upon taking up the mantle of heir to the Dino School. Yakiniku is a term for Japanese barbeque (literally translated as "grilled meat").
*As you can imagine for a martial arts style called the Dino School, it's techniques are all based on the names of dinosaurs. The Hidoi Tsume is the rough Japanese translation of "Terrible Claw", whose Greek translation is the basis of the Deinonychus, whose appearance and features are often misattributed to the Velociraptor.

In most schools of martial arts, the kiai, or shout, is often only to help the user focus on an accompanying attack or intimidate an opponent. Some schools have managed to weaponize the kiai, enhancing the user's vocal chords with chi in order to produce a sonic blast; a legendary technique known as the Lion's Roar. It is unknown whether the ParaSHOUTolophus or Lion's Roar came first, or if it was simply just two similar ideas, but in typical Dino School fashion, the former pushes the limits of human vocal chords and in some records cases, shreds them, rendering the users mute afterward. By infusing the vocal chords and lungs with chi, the user releases the energy with a kiai, or in the case of Dino School Master, Peking Duck, a scream. What results in a directional path of destruction and force, easily diverting projectiles and weaker opponents away by the sheer pressure of it alone.

The premise of the Ptera Slash is a simple one; by swinging one's arms or legs, the user creates a vacuum blade that slices through anything in its path. This can also be combined with the [B][I]Terrible Claws[/I][/B] to create the [B][I]Pterano Swarm[/I][/B], which creates multiple vacuum blades.

The gruesome signature technique of the Dino School. Through specialized training and focusing on one's chi, the user's fingers and toes can slice into their opponents like razor-sharp blades.

Much like the Tyrannotitan Blast, this is the result of channeling the energy produced by the Thyreophora state through a familiar technique. When focused through the Terrible Claw, the Thyreophora energy turns the usually invisible blades of chi (known as Deinonychus blades) into large, scythe-like construct blades of orange ki (known as Therizino blades). Aside from their noticeable increase in range, the Terrible Scythes are much sharper and more powerful than their typical form, but lack the element of surprise the former had and usually burn through the Thyreophora energy after a single attack.

[B]EXTERNAL KI TECHNIQUES[/B]

A technique developed through the combination of Charco's ability to catch and release foreign energy (such as the KameTyrannoHa) and the ParaSHOUTolophus. By performing the latter in defense of an enemy's ki technique, Charco can shape and expel the energy back with a roar of destruction.

[I][B]Brachio Stomp[/B] ("Brachio Sutonpu")[/I]
Created by the Old Hateful Hermit, Poepayne, this technique weaponizes the user's killing intent. An aura-based technique that, once activated, creates a powerful vacuum around the user that draws in anything unable to escape its pull. Once pulled in within a certain range, the object or being is crushed beneath the pulverizing weight of the user's killing intent. When the user finally decides to let up, the sudden lack of the vacuum creates a whiplash effect, launching everything drawn it upwards, providing the opportunity for the user to further their attacks. Aside from the crushing force similar to a large creature, this technique's name is derived from the circle of destruction it creates, reminiscent of a giant footprint.

[I][B]Kentro Spike[/B] ("Kentro Supaiku")[/I]
Through focus, the user is able to create a spike of pure energy from their aura, allowing for piercing strikes, sharp defense, or as a projectile that can be kept "on hold" until desired. By pouring more energy into one's aura, they can produce several of these spikes which are otherwise known as a [B][I]Kentro Array[/I][/B].

[I][B]Spino Grasp[/B] ("Spino Tsukamu")[/I]
Having gained a mastery of the Tyranno Blast, Charco has begun to develop different ways of unleashing the destructive energies of the Dino School. For this technique, he takes a far more controversial approach through restriction and heavy focus, channeling the violent forces through the Terrible Claws of one hand. In this state, once this hand grasps the opponent, the bound energy within is fully released, enveloping his enemy in what could be simply described as a point-blank Tyranno Blast.

[I][B]Tricera Bash[/B] ("Torikera Basshu")[/I]
As the predecessor of the Tyranno Blast, the theory behind Tricera Bash is very much the same, although its methods for entrapping the target varies differently. Although originally used on its own, it is currently used during the Thyreophora state, as its results are much more powerful. It is by pointing the index and middle fingers with the thumb at an opponent, that the user fires off three beams of ki that skewer them, holding them in place. Then, by focusing the entirety of the energy produced by the Thyrephora into a single blast, the user fires it by thrusting their other arm forth in a similar fashion to an open palm strike. Much like the Terrible Claws, this technique was also known for its cruelty, as the user could keep the victim skewered for an indefinite amount of time as long as they focused on keeping the three skewering beams materialized (often indicated by the user keeping the three fingers extended), but factors such as the victim's strength and durability, outside influences, and the Thyreophora's limited window of time can easily break the hold.

[I][B]Tyranno Blast[/B] ("Tyranno Bakufū")[/I]
Created and perfected by the current head of the Dino School, Tyranno-sensei, this ki blast is formed in halves in each of the user's palms, which are brought back at waist level. Thrusting the arms forward and inward until the heels of the palms touch, the dual blasts are combined into a swirling bolt of energy that strikes the opponent. The portions of the blast that don't make physical contact "spill" behind the opponent, and like the great jaws of the Rex, snap close on them.
[B][U]Variants[/U][/B]
*[I][B]Turtle Tyrant Wave[/B] ("KameTyrannoHa")[/I]
This combination of the Kamehameha and the Tyranno Blast is Charco's result of a "catch and release" type of attack. Exploiting how the Tyranno Blast combines two blasts into one, the user can effectively use another's ki against them by combining it with his own and firing it back by using the Kamehameha technique. While it does help conserve Charco's energy reserves without affecting the destructive output, it does require a lot of concentration to contain the foreign energy, or at least in its current form.

A variation of the tried and true Tyranno Blast in which Charco utilizes his signature blast while in the Thyreophora state. Dark teal in color rather than his usual jade-hued ki and the fiery orange of the Thyreophora, the Tyrannotitan Blast is fired without restraint, unleashing the maximum output of energy he can muster.

A good defense is a pure offense, or so the saying goes, and for those of the Dino School, this is no exception. Notable for changing one's aura into a bright orange, the Thyreophora technique enhances one's physical durability and strength by strengthening the muscles in the body and creates a pseudo-barrier as one's aura grows denser and almost solidifies. This technique takes a large toll on the body, yet it poses another potential risk as prolonged use will cause the user's aura to go out of control and explode, harming them and those nearby. While usually recommended for brief bursts, the explosive side-effect can be possibly avoided with techniques that can expend the aura's energy.

[INDENT][I][B]*Thyreophora, Base State[/B] ("Shīrudobearā Kihon Jōtai")[/I]
Due to training and experience using the Thyreophora, Charco can tap into a state between his "usual" and the "complete" Thyreophora. By focusing his chi into a defensive state, his body gains a minor defensive boost while his aura gains a barrier-like quality. While the benefits of this state are slight to the observer, even to the point where his aura remains its usual green color, it allows Charco some defensive measures without concern of detonation.

Although considered the second state, this level is the original "completed" form of the Thyreophora and performs as well as it did in the past. Aside from his aura turning orange and the barrier-like aura that toughens and grows denser with each hit taken, this state boosts Charco's power level by 50% (rounded down) of his base PL. With the slight increase in muscle mass, his body becomes much more difficult to harm than usual, but his speed and agility begins to suffer. Upon activation, Charco must exhaust this excess energy within the next 3 posts to avoid detonation.

[I][B]*Thyreophora, Third State[/B] ("Shīrudobearā Dai 3 no Jōtai")[/I]
The next step of the Thyreophora places all available bit of energy into defense, greatly increasing his ability to take punishment as well as boosting his power level by double (rounded down) his base PL, but at the cost of nearly all of his usual speed and agility. Once activated, Charco must expend this energy within the next post or suffer detonation.

[I][B]*Thyreophora, Fourth State[/B] ("Shīrudobearā Dai 4 no Jōtai")[/I]
In most situations, the Thyreophora's third state would be the pinnacle of this technique; however, due to the training Charco undertook under Ochazuke, he can go beyond the boundaries at the risk of death. Utilizing his knowledge of Kikōjutsu, he draws in every available source of chi within, tapping into his very life source, Charco unleashes the power of his entire being, pushing his power level up to 4 times (rounded down) of his base PL. Unlike the previous two states, he foregoes the need for defense, instead focusing on using his volatile power boost to quickly smite his enemies. Should he fail to expend all of his excess energy within the same post as when activated, Final Extinction will automatically occur at the beginning of the next post.

The Thyreophora was never intended to be used for durations longer than a few seconds for the energy produced is far too unstable to properly maintain. Should the practitioner foolishly choose to push their bodies to the fourth state and fail to purge themselves of this energy in a timely manner will find their self-destruction ensured. Many years ago, an android awakened in the mountainous depths of Kame. The sun was red and the leaves were the color of rust, falling from the heavens in a bittersweet but glorious display. But the android was so tired, and it fell back asleep. It awoke again to the howl of harsh wind. White fluff blew past and upon it, blending its body into the landscape. A weight was pressed against its leg, and the android managed to turn its head ever so slightly. A fowl was taking shelter from the cold. The fowl raised its head in wonder, but the android was so tired, and it fell back asleep. Now the land was lush and green, and sunlight broke through the canopy of leaves overhead. The sound of water streaming past was pleasant to hear, and almost lulled the android back to sleep.

But today the android was not so tired, and so she…it? She, she decided. She was not so tired, and the world looked so inviting, so she rose to explore. Getting up was complicated. Her body didn’t feel as it should, and she flailed upon the for much time till she rose to her knees, then one knee, and finally when the sun dipped below the horizon she was on her feet. Well, the land might prove beautiful at night too, the android thought. So she stepped forward, and immediately collapsed in a by-now familiar jumble of limbs. Walking was unexpectedly hard.

A few days later, the android was finally able to kneel by a flower with confidence she would not crush the beautiful thing. Crushed patches of grass and dirt stretching out behind her lay testament to her training.
She had accomplished something. She-who was she? It occurred to the android that she knew not her name, nor how she came to be. Why did she know she should have a name? Why did she know grass was called grass, or the sun, the sun? The android knew not the answers.

Eventually, she came upon a remote temple, where monks lived, meditated, worshipped and trained. They were surprised to see her, but they welcomed her nevertheless. They offered her a bath to wash the flora off, clothes though she did not feel threatened by the weather. They asked about the spheres on her back. Strange, she didn’t know she had spheres. Many years have passed since that day, and the android has travelled to many temples, meditated atop mountains and below waterfalls, visited towns, exchanged wisdom and blows with local practitioners. She has begun to remember a few things. She remembers her name, though not from whence she came. She can remember vague impressions of her past, of an age of wonder and strife. But what is done is done. Memories may come in time, but now she feels called to the greater world, feels a sense of duty to and passion for it. From whence these feelings for a world seen mostly in news broadcasts come from, she knows not. But she has mastered her body, discovered she can do things she never knew she could. And so bids her friends a fond farewell and she sets out to find herself, to find Asha’rah.

After meeting with the other M fighters and Kami herself, Asha'rah's memory has begun to awaken bit by bit. Thanks to her interactions upon Kami's lookout, especially after Meagan showed her the journal of the First Guardian, Asha'rah has recovered large portions of her memories. She was once the God of Creation of Universe 15, and forged many of the celestial bodies, fundamental laws and intra-universe divine power structures that exist in the world today. Notably, she created the first God of Destruction to balance her powers of creation. The first bearer of this title was a Saiyan named Indar'en. However, she had creative differences with upper management. The nature of the universes inherently heavily favored individual martial might at the highest levels, and Asha'rah believed this would lead to needless tyranny and bloodshed. Having already laid the Foundation of the universe, however, even she lacked the power to change it at such a fundamental level without Zeno's blessing. She was outmaneuvered politically and her concerns dismissed.

Eventually, Asha'rah rebelled. She managed to defeat Indar'en and absorbed his power into herself. Much of the universe rose in support of her, and a great war raged in the heavens. No matter how many victories they won, however, it would all be pointless so long as Zeno stood against her. She knew the childish Supreme Being could end their entire struggle in an instant if he so chose, and so long as he remained in his palace there was no hope to communicate with him. Eventually, Asha'rah led a force to storm Zeno's palace and beseech him to hear their pleas. They succeeded in the entry, but it was for naught - Zeno's views had been poisoned by Asha'rah's enemies, and he stood ready to enact judgment. It was all Asha'rah could do to plead for mercy for her followers, taking the blame upon her shoulders alone. She was sealed in a robotic prison and cast down, where she lay dormant...until now.

[B]Life's Splendor: [/B]Asha'rah creates simple forms of life, driven by instincts in addition to their creator's will. They are imbued with brilliant energies derived from Asha'rah's own aura, energy beyond what they would be able to control or sustain for long. They live brilliant, short lives, unable to generate energies of their own due to their ephemeral nature. Because of this limitation, Asha'rah avoids creating any truly sentient beings using this ability.

She can call upon creation (matter, the fabric of reality and living creatures) to lend her energy, which she concentrates into a single, massive lance of energy. When ready, she can hurl the energy at its intended target, detonating it on impact or when close enough. However, the Kami Dama has a considerable set up time, during which Asha’rah cannot move or hide her presence. As Asha’rah continues to grow more powerful, the range at which she can gather energy from creation will increase, leading to more and more powerful Kami Damas.

[B]Dimensional Anchor: [/B]The Universe was not born in a day. The concept of a day, for that matter, was not born in a day. Many experiments needed to be conducted, and their results needed to be kept from running away with themselves. Asha’rah’s solution was the Dimensional Anchor.

When manifested, the anchor acts to pull reality back to a central node of clarity as determined by Asha’rah. Attempts to teleport away, shift the battlefield to another location, mind control, disguise the battlefield as other than it is, manipulate time or otherwise shift the normal rules of the local reality are hampered (though not necessarily outright shut down, simply made much more difficult to use and imprecise). Due to its nature, the reality anchor also prevents Asha’rah from using her own powers of illusion for more than simple messages and light shows.

The anchor can also be used as a physical weapon to actively smash down specific alterations of reality, released on a chain to hunt down enemies using reality-altering means to flee, as well as give enemies a really bad headache.


[B]Divine Strength:[/B] The gods of creation predated the concept of gender. While most eventually identified themselves somewhere along the gender spectrum, this did not physically limit them from presenting themselves as either sex. Or from manifesting their attributes differently when using a different form.

Even for Asha’rah, there are times when finesse and creativity will not be as valuable as raw physicality. When using Divine Strength, Asha’rah manifests her masculine form, losing her orbs, her ability to cast illusions, create new life, sprout extra arms or float effortlessly. In return, however, she gains a massive boost to physical ability, especially strength and durability to aid in melee combat.

[B][U]Path - God of Destruction[/U][/B]

[B]Orb of Destruction: [/B]Little by little, Asha'rah has begun to awaken. And not all of what sleeps below is benevolent. Asha'rah taps into the tiniest vestiges of the purest essence of destruction, creating a sphere the size of her palm from which even the air that it touches becomes as nothing. Doing so requires intense concentration on Asha'rah's part, and she is unable to utlize this sphere as a meelee weapon in combat. Likewise, this sphere immediately dissolves into nothing upon leaving her palm, making it useless as a ranged weapon as well. Right now, the Orb of Destruction is important not for its own sake, but for what it allows Asha'rah to unleash - the Kamihameha.

[B]Annihilation Aura:[/B] Asha'rah can exude an aura carrying the essence of destruction itself, enhancing her capability when making direct contact with the enemy. Unlike with traditional ki enhancement, annihilation aura does not enhance explosive or kinetic power. However, its nature makes it extremely tricky to fully negate its damaging effects - unless ridiculously beyond Asharah's power level, being in contact with pure destructive energy will cause one to suffer destruction damage on some level.

[B]Atomic Destruction:[/B] Asha’rah originally designed destruction energy to normally be an overwhelming but surgical power. Its purpose was, after all, to utterly obliterate works of creation without unintended collateral damage. There is, however, more than one way to leverage such neatness. Using her ability as a God of Creation to perceive molecular structure to wield with her destructive energies like a scalpel, Asha’rah only partially destroys the atoms in a microscopic area. Protons and neutrons, suddenly lacking their partners, release the tremendous energies stored in their atomic bonds. The result is commonly referred to as a nuclear explosion.

The precision Atomic Destruction demands requires that it be done almost within touching distance. Asha'rah must thus set up a situation in which she does not roast herself and her allies in nuclear "fire" before utilizing it.


[B][U]Path - God Transcendent[/U][/B]

[B]Kamihameha:[/B] Asha'rah gathers the light of creation in one hand, and the void of destruction in the other. She then combines the two, reconciling the antithesis of the other into a furious maelstrom of energy beyond what either could achieve alone. Then she opens her palms forward, joined at the base of their wrists, unleashing a massive torrent of destruction and creation that unmakes and remakes all it engulfs in a massive God Destruction Wave.

[B]Divine Stature:[/B] Asha’rah’s soul continues to grow stronger, and at times can briefly force its way through the inner trappings of her robotic prison body. During this time, she enjoys vast increases to her stats across the board and assumes titanic proportions befitting the soul of a god. However, briefly free or not, her soul remains bound to her robot body, which she can no longer directly control. Inflicting sufficient damage to her robotic form is a quick way to force Asha’rah back to her usual state. That is, if you can find it and get through Asha’rah’s soul. While in Divine Stature form, Asha'rah is unable to use generic ki blasts, and gathering energy for named energy attacks takes several seconds longer. Compared to an Oozaru form, Divine Stature does not increase Asha'rah's speed as much. In fact, Asha'rah's agility and reaction-time go down, reflecting the energy required to move something so weighty.

Asha'rah is kind and considerate, thrives on helping people progress, and wants everybody to have a fighting chance. She enjoys teasing friends and opponents alike, perhaps too savagely. She's keen to test herself, always having this vague feeling she should be capable of so much more. Besides training, Asha'rah spends her time studying science and philosophy, meditating, enjoying tea, painting, taking in theater and finding the perfect spot.

However, when riled or in the midst of battle, Asha'rah begins to display a more militant, oppressive side to her benevolence. [B]History[/B]: Meagan comes from a planet that has been at war with a warrior race of invaders since before she was born. An Orphan by age 7, she developed the street smarts and stealth to survive while others of her race were systematically being massacred by the invaders. With the planet's governments in chaos and their military all but destroyed, the people were forced to take the defense of the planet into their own hands. By age 16, she decide to join the underground movement that sought to undermine the invaders any way possible. Tragically, on one of her earliest missions, a fellow rebel had turned traitor and betrayed them. As a result Meagan, along with a dozen others were captured and held in captivity until they could be publicly executed.

It was at that time that another alien arrived on the planet. This silver skinned woman, who was known only as the Mirror-Mage, took the fight into her own hands. Attacking the prison guards, she freed the rebels from captivity. Meagan took it upon herself to lead them to relative safety, then she snuck back to observe the ongoing battle. Despite the overwhelming numbers and the power levels of the invaders, the Mirror Mage dispatched them with relative ease. Once done, the woman was about to leave when Meagan ran up to her and begged her for lessons in how to fight so that she could protect her planet and her people.

The silver-skinned woman suddenly transformed into a more normal looking form, looked at her intently and considered this request. With some reluctance, she agreed to let the child come with her, but also said that at some point in time she would take her to a place where there were highly skilled people who could train her better than she could.

For 3 years Meagan traveled and trained with the Mirror Mage until finally, they reached Earth. it was here that she and her mentor parted ways. In doing so, the Mirror Mage whispered something to her, then said she would return when Meagan's training was through. The rest would be up to her.

For the next 2 years, Meagan traveled in search of the best Martial Arts/combat instructor. In her travels she did study with several, learning many new skills, but she was never fully satisfied with any one instructor.

She is determined to become strong enough to end the war and bring peace to her people, or, if she is unable to do so, at least to be able to exact revenge on the enemy of her planet.

[B]Personality[/B]: Deadly serious about her training, street smart and tough; however those aspects she hides behind a friendly smile and a generally open personality. She has seen a lot, on her home world and in her travels, so she is open minded and not easily surprised.

Received training from the Mirror Mage in many things, including the use of weapons like swords, her shuriken, and her Cloak/Skirt. Her travels have included visiting other planets, so she has a universal understanding of things beyond just any one planet. However she won't talk about it, about her mentor or about her travels to anyone if she can help it. Aside from being a Warrior, her secret dream is to be a Teacher, however her newly appointed position as Apprentice Guardian of Choma may have made that more complicated.

The technique cannot "heal" a person. All it does is keep them from going that last step/pulls them back from that last step into death. Its use is only for emergencies when a healer is not readily available, nor a regen tank, and you have to act fast.[*][B]Cytokinesis[/B]: Creates multiple physical Ki clones of herself, each one acting independently, but in connection with Meagan. Even if some greater power managed to destroy the Universe, the power of the Universe, all of the power, would have to go somewhere. Energy cannot be destroyed, it can be transformed or relocated or re-purposed, but it cannot be destroyed."

[B]Background[/B]: Orphaned at age 4, Cyanna met Meagan at one of the few remaining Orphanages in the city and latched onto her like a little sister. Being that it was overcrowded, the children voluntarily left as soon as they were old enough to take care of themselves. Those children that left often came back when they had acquired food and supplies to help the younger children. Meagan returned as often as she could, and when she did she always made sure to check on Cyanna. This was especially important because Cyanna is impulsive and a little goofy at times. It may be from a desperate need for attention, or maybe she's just hyperactive.

The last time Cyanna saw Meagan was just before Meagan left with the Mirror Mage. Cyanna begged her to get her new Mentor to take her as well, but she was only 11 at the time. Meagan did promise to see her again some day. Cyanna made a promise as well, a promise that lead her to join one of the resistance cells on Chromkai and to train as best she could.

Persuading the Mirror Mage to take her on as a student, she has been training very hard.

Now, not only has she been reunited with Meagan, she has become Meagan's apprentice in a new role that may be life changing for both of them.

Avoca was born to the parentage of two low-class Saiyans. One was a chef, the other a technical engineer. She was born with a power level of 100, so they knew right away that she was going to be destined for great things. She graduated from the CTC at the top of her class, boasting a PL of over 3000 by the time she was finished with her formal training. This was more than good enough to earn her a spot among the Super Elites in the Saiyan army.

At some point when their schooling at the academy overlapped, she befriended Sarada. The two became fast friends, with Avoca quickly proving herself a capable listening ear. She was the first person – and for a long time, the only person – Sarada confided in after her molestation. During their teenage years, they became lovers, as was the norm with Saiyans their age. For a while, it seemed that there was something beyond simple lust between them, but as of recently, these feelings have faded.

Avoca has a conflicting opinion of half-breeds. While she has a distaste for them – to the point of chastising Sarada about mating with a human during an argument – she doesn't think they should be exterminated. Pinach and his younger cousin Rutaba are just two examples of King Mato's educational overhaul. Whereas in years past, Saiyans their age would have been completely obsessed with being the most powerful warriors they could be – with varying results – these two misfits are only obsessed with seeing the universe and encountering different races. Also, being superheroes.

They live with their surrogate mother, Maiz, in the nursery near the CTC. Due to their more relaxed dispostions, in addition to the relaxed environment in which they live, they are much, much stronger than average Saiyan power level – which is skewing upward because younger Saiyans are becoming stronger. Pinach hopes to be stronger than his sister, Parsley, while Rutaba wants to become Queen of Vocado.

Both enjoying visiting other planets with Maiz. It was during a trip to Earth a few years ago that they encountered merchandise of The Just Saiyan. From that moment forward, they have been obsessed with being superheroes, just like him.

Pinach is a serious entrepreneur. He owns an amusement park on Earth, called HeroLand. He also owns majority stock in two businesses on Earth and owns stock in Capsule Corp.

[B]Style:[/B] Tosale is a mostly defensive martial art that focuses on immobilizing your opponent by disrupting your opponents movements. The primary focus lies on both deflection and pressure points and it often relies on the speed and quick thinking, or lack thereof, of your opponent.

The biggest strength of Tosale is the inclusion of weapon, or anti-weapon, based techniques. By exploiting the pressure points of yourself your opponent will likely leave an opening, something you'll be able to take full advantage of.

Maiz was born on Vocado during a time when the Saiyan race was nothing more than a species of savages and brutes. They relished in genocide, enslavement, and other terrible things that haunted even the most battle-hardened of warriors. To say that Maiz shunned this lifestyle when she was younger would be a complete lie. However, at some point in her life, she realized that there had to have been more to life than just slaughter, mating, and eating. So, she left Vocado and traveled the galaxy, covertly studying different races to see their ways of life.

She eventually found herself on a planet called Earth. It was here that she first observed the familial relationships and how such engendered interactions affected young children. She then based her findings on her own childhood and those of her companions, and found the Saiyan lifestyle lacking.

While humans engaged in war, slavery, genocide, and every other sort of injurious activity, there was a tangible peace and unity that wasn't found on Vocado.

When she returned home and proffered her findings, she was roundly rejected. She was called a fool, a weakling, and worst of all, a meat-mixer, as only someone who mated with another race would consider such a stupid philosophy.

Still, she persisted. She started, with permission from then Queen Becbaga, a nursery in which she and a few like-minded others would raise Saiyan children for their parents, who couldn't be bothered to handle it themselves. In this time, she engendered somewhat loving relationships with dozens of children, included Mato, Toma, Parsley, Sarada, and countless others. Within the walls of her nursery, she tried to teach the youths in her care that there was more to life than violence and savagery.

For years, it was like she was trying to swim against the current; her philosophy was completely drowned out by the outside world and all of its influences. It wasn't until Mato took over that she started to see a shift in our her wards responded to her message. And it wasn't long until the fruits of that labor started to blossom.

Recently, Maiz chose to become the next Kami of Vocado, the first to hold that position in over five hundred years. She made this decision to not only be better able to help Sarada with her royal duties, but to be able to do more to help her fellow Saiyans in any way she could.

Maiz enjoys taking her children on field trips to other planets. At first, it was a little rocky given the Saiyans' terrible reputation. However, after seeing how well-behaved – relatively speaking – her children were, they usually let them come back.

Pois was born to the parentage of an Elite mother and an unknown father. She was born on Ruco, so there are questions as to whether or not she's actually a purebred. Every test has come up the same – that she is pure Saiyan – but her calm, relaxed disposition and patient demeanor still call it into question.

It was that patience and relaxed attitude that attracted the attention of then Queen Becbaga. Her personal servant died just a few months prior and she had been looking for a replacement. In Pois, she saw a girl who had the ability to carry out her every desire and fulfill every need. Thus, when she was sixteen and graduated from the Rucoan CTC with flying colors, she was invited to serve the Queen in the palace rather than join the army. She accepted.

Pois remained in the palace even after the change in power from Becbaga to Mato. She served his life-mate, Toma, to such an excellent degree that she Chief Royal Servant. This means that she oversees the palace operations and is in charge of all other servants in the palace.

As of currently, she serves Queen Sarada and her consort, Ishtar.
