Magneto sees Invisible Woman as a threat to his goals and will do anything for victory while Invisible Woman sees Magneto as a threat towards her family and will do anything to protect them. As I recall, Mags has some speed feats that indicate speed a bit beyond that of a regular baseline human but nothing concrete bullet timing.
