Silvestri.

Ya, I would probably go with Silvestri but Portacio is a close second, just doesn't have as much body of work. Never cared much for Larsen's Spider-man and Liefeld is Liefeld.
Out of those, I'd say Silvestri.
But I liked him way better when he was on Uncanny X-Men.
Once in Image, his style looked too much like Jim Lee's, only less appealing.
I loved the art on both Cyberforce (Silvestri) and Wetworks (Portacio), so it's a hard choice for me. It's particularly hard because both titles really sang because of the amazing coloring. I suspect that Portacio's pencils would probably be cleaner, and more to my taste, stripped of all the coloring effects, but in any case, both were pretty amazing.
Larsen's art is not bad, but it's more stylized and not to my taste.
Liefield. Oy. I bought all sorts of Image books because I liked the look of them (WildCATS, Stormwatch, Wetworks, Cyberforce), and then I bought Youngblood because I hoped and prayed that Liefield would be super-successful at Image, and never, ever, EVER come back to Marvel and get his filthy mitts on my beloved New Mutants again!
Silverstri by a MILE purely as a visual artist though LARSEN may outreach him if you factor in writing/artist combo.
