In the west! She wore a mini skirt, then Trunks and then came the swimwear so her dress is comic book accurate.
None of it was accurate, everything was different from the tiara to the boots. They didn't even leave the WW logo alone.

That is true. They should have left WW logo and stars in the costume.
I have no real attachment to the new costume. The old one was fine, why did they mess with it!!!!!???
Because it was a terrible costume. The movie costume/Rebirth look is thankfully here to stay.

Never say never with anything in comics, especially when it comes to classic elements. Someone says such-and-such concept is here to stay, or such and such concept is gone forever, then the next day its gone/comes back.

Nah, Fabok did a great job.
I wish he interpreted and redesigned more characters’s costumes. His Female Furies and other Apokoliptan designs in Darkseid War were the best some of those characters ever looked in the modern age.

I don't miss the pre-52 look at all but I must say that I prefer Faboks earlier design to what we have now and I think giving the skirt back to a younger version of Diana, who just came into man's world, would work quite nicely.

I prefer WW's current look
