Roger Stern returns to the Avengers with Loki Unleashed

I didn't know Roger Stern had a project for Marvel again. Next week will bring us[B] Avengers: Loki Unleashed.[/B] Looks like this is a one shot that takes place after his Siege arc in his Avengers run. I don't see where it is listed as a mini series

I honestly thought that this was some reprint of a comic that I didn’t read.

Yeah, I don't remember seeing any announcement or interviews. I asked my LCS to add it to my pull list

I have Avengers: Loki Unleashed pre-ordered.Looking forward to read it.
Way cool that Roger Stern is writing a new Avengers story and the illustrations being by Ron Lim.

They need to bring the real Loki back in present continuity. Sick and tired of the emo meme Loki clone that people pretend is the genuine article.

yeah i almost missed ordering it too as they were pretty quiet about such a stellar creative team

I thought exactly the same thing. This story follows his Siege story, which is considered one of the best Avengers storylines by most of us old timers ;)
