Is the Busiek Conan omnibus pretty much the same as Dark Horse's Colossal Conan omni?
Or is there less material collected in the upcoming Marvel one?
As RudyZeBoulet correctly pointed out, it contains only the issues written by Kurt Busiek. The Colossal Conan collects issues 0-50, including issues by Busiek, Truman, and Mignola. (On the other hand, the Colossal does NOT collect the Book of Thoth mini.)
Also, the omni will be standard omni size, whereas the Colossal volumes are larger dimensions.

Thanks for taking the time to post those comics. Some potentially interesting omnis in there. Guess I'll abandon my plans to buy the Empyre trades now.

I wish they would finish off collecting the Doctor Strange Sorcerer Supreme Omnibus
-
Thanks for the Epics, tempted by the X-Factor though I suspect an omni will come eventually. But I have the first one so I might as well throw this one onto the X-Travaganza bucket of titles coming out the next six months. I bought that title every month way back when.

Spider-Man is Nice, since I already own vol 1 and have vol 2 on pre order.
Dark Empire is interesting. I have a couple of floppies of this from way back. Did not think there were so much material to make it into an Omnibus.

Is the Thor omnibus the silver age version?
-
Yes, I suspect so. People have been long waiting for a Thor SA reprint.
