Not a fan casting, moreso imagining what the comic version of these characters would look like in the real world.
Bruce Wayne - Gregory Peck
Barbara Gordon - Jodie Foster
Dick Grayson - Tom Cruise
Alfred Pennyworth - John Cleese

I would have picked Gregory Peck for Harvey Dent.
Anthony Perkins as Professor Crane.
David Gandy is how id picture a real life Bruce Wayne

Back in the 90s Pierce Brosnan was the closest thing to what I imagine Bruce looks like. Of course, because of the whole rich playboy image, but even then it's only the closest thing, since he's not square-jawed enough back then and not muscular enough.
Today, Ben Affleck is really selling the older Bruce looks.
Michael Gough is always my Alfred, but my Alfred is Just A Butler Alfred, not combat medic, no MI6
If we're talking who looks like Alfred in the comics then it has to be the first actor that inspires that look in the first place, William Austin

Affleck really looks like Bruce for me too.
Bruce Wayne - Gregory Peck
Barbara Gordon - Jodie Foster
Dick Grayson - Tom Cruise

Tom Cruise goes for me to Jason, because Dexter Soy's Jason looks almost him. For Dick, I don't know. A young Leo Di Caprio if he were black haired comes close to how I picture him. Still need bigger eyes, but close.
90s Joseph Mazello for early Tim Drake just because his most popular role is also a nerdy Tim

Bing Crosby as the Riddler.

I want a film adaptation of the dark knight returns with John Hamm playing Bruce...
Sam Elliot as Commissioner Gordon
Leonardo DeCaprio as Tim Drake
Conrad Veidt as The Joker
Vigo Mortensen as Two Face
Emma Stone as Barbara Gordon

Only problem is, Tom Cruise is like a foot shorter than Jason is supposed to be, and half as bulky.

Oooh Conrad Veidt Golden Age Joker definitely

We weee talking about what they look like, so I skipped and let out their actual height. Imagine a taller, heavier but not too bulky Cruise, then: there's Jason in my head now.
Yeah, I don'l like muscle wall Jason. I dislike the heroic build cape comics are so fond of. I find it too unrealistic, somehow.
One of the projects I have running is creating various DC characters in 3D by averaging together all their official depictions to see what they would "actually" look like. The Batfamily is one group on that list, so there will hopefully be some concrete answers in time.

Do you have an example of what you did with others characters?
