Okay, Marvel Wins Again
I'm on both Marvel's and DC's money sucking streaming/mobile gimmicks (I'm an addict. Don't judge.)
Flat out, Marvel's is better. Larger number of accessible comics. There's a smoother interface, both on mobile and internet. Easier to access. Easier to organize. Easier to make work across devices.
DC, I love ya. But you really need to get your **** together.

The only problem I have is... Marvel is owned by Disney.
And unlike the majority of kids growing up who were conditioned to like Disney, I had the opposite effect, and was conditioned to hate Disney. It wasn't like I grew up in a family who taught me about the evils of capitalism or any of that (my mom pretty much had the IQ of around 70, couldn't spell "capitalism", and would tell me to "speak in English" if I used the word "capitalism" in a conversation with her); I just hated Disney movies and TV shows and that in turn had me grow up to hate the corporation when I got older.
DC is not owned by Disney, even though WarnerMedia is full of incompetent nitwits who can't put two and two together. And that bothers me because when I was younger, and before Disney bought Marvel, I liked Marvel Comics more than DC, so I'm stuck supporting the opposing team who, even though they weren't the worst team in the league (oh, the 1990s and early 2000s were full of comic companies that could be compared to the Ottawa Senators or the Phoenix Suns, depending on your sport preference), it was like supporting a team that would make the playoffs and would regularly get swept in the first round. Also doesn't help that, for the past 2 decades, they developed such a Batman boner that most of their other properties suffered as a result. Marvel fell victim to this with Wolverine, but that was actually 20th Century Fox's doing and not Marvel/Disney, as the Marvel Comics division phased out that character and went towards "Old Man Logan".
I have no idea where I'm going here... other than I have an onion on my belt. Which was the style at the time.

I prefer DC over Marvel. I like them both but I prefer DC.
It makes be sad, too, that DC can only turn out 1-2 good media properties every few years whereas Marvel is churning them out on multiple platforms seemingly monthly.
DC has so much to draw from that would make great stories and they just don't ... like legacy characters.
That's probably why I liked the UU till Ultimatum and like the MCU so much more than 616 because both used legacy characters for once.
But back on topic ... the Marvel app is way better. Agreed.

I think the respondents so far are missing the point. I'm talking about the interface. Not the content or the source.

The DC interface is garbage.

You get me.

The really odd part is that it seems like DC made a thought over call not to include some of their imprints that are not "DC".
While that could change, it seems odd not to play up one of the obvious strengths that the company has.

Speaking as a former AT&T user (who owns Warner Media btw)...you know nothing of hate.
