Wouldn't it be hilarious if the next season had an episode where an alien disguises him/herself as an actor and starts harassing his/her fellow castmates, and the Doctor has to identify him/her?

Not really, I feel like it's too on the nose/ripped from the headlines type feel. It would just feel tasteless. I'm not trying to protect Clarke or Barrowman's reputations, I just don't think there is a real story there.

Yeah, i was mostly being sarcastic. I think the production crew would rather leave that chapter behind

I remember there was some bad revelations about JNT although that was years after his death but related to his time as producer. Plus there was the strange incident with Karen Gillian.
As far as I know there don't appear to be any major scandals involving any of the Doctor actors. Some had some rough life stories (Tom, in particular, had a rough personal life and Colin's only son died as an infant) but nothing nefarious.

Oh ok.

What weird incident with Gillian?
From what i've read, Barrowman's was purely in jest and he was a bit of a prankster. Doesn't make it any less inappropriate. However the stuff coming out about Clarke is troubling and, if he had been reprimanded, yet continued on with his behaviour anyway, he has some serious explaining to do. The BBC had to have been aware of it though.
Right. There's some pretty big differences between the two. Metro.co.uk (which I will not post here because my god all the ads would blow up my screen) has reported that Barrowman issued a public apology lately for his pranks (though imo it's still kind of lacking -- it's still a little too passive, I think). By contrast, Clarke is doubling down on his defense.
I look back pretty fondly at the last few episodes of Series 1 because of the Doctor, Rose, Jack, and Mickey, since Jack and Mickey didn't share that much screen time together. But Barrowman would also call Eccleston things akin to being an uptight killjoy. Apparently that means not harassing anyone or showing off your junk "in jest."

By contrast, it seems that one of the main reasons for Eccleston leaving -- his disgust at the treatment of his colleagues, requiring him to step up and defend them -- is tied to these allegations. And when behavior started calming down/become more professional and safer, according to producers Tennant's presence and example went a long way towards establishing that culture. So some credit to the two of them is in order, I think.

Yeah, what weird incident?
-
The New York Hotel corridor incident from about a decade ago. Probably just her getting too drunk and locking herself out of her room, but it was still kind of weird.
Yeah, what weird incident?
Likewise, what weird incident with Gillan?
EDIT: Ah it's been answered. Kinda.

The circumstances of how she ended up in her inebriated state have never been clarified. She was in New York and was found naked, drunk and whimpering in the corridors by other guests. Security came, covered her up and escorted her back to her room.
Apparently she had a big night out and got herself well and truly plastered. It happened in 2011, I think. Around series 6.
As has been theorized, she likely ended up locking herself out of her room and couldn't get back in. Doubt there is a sinister story there. Just misadventure.

Bad revelations? The claims of his behaviour are just as bad, if not more, sinister than those surrounding Clarke. I mean, him and Downie allegedly preying on young male fans by giving them "exclusive" access etc. All because the age of consent for heterosexual males was around 16, yet homosexual was 21. So they deliberately and methodically targeted those under age boys to circumvent being done held accountable by law.

We were basically asking for clarification from the person who called it a "weird incident" since we didn't know wtf he was talking about.

Hopefully we all know what he was talking about now lol. Honestly, I wouldn't call it weird though.

You wrote in a post - likewise, what weird incident with Karen Gillan? You then proceeded to edit your post and said - Ah, Its been answered. Kinda.
So I was under the assumption you wanted to know what the incident was and that it hadn't been cleared up fully by ChrisIII.
A mistake on my part. Didn't realize it would cause upset.
