They lose.
They lose hard.
They can’t actually...kill....Alec.
Alec can very much kill them.
Alec can also throw down with Class 100’s in strength.

ColonelGM? Have you possessed the body of Marvel-Studios Rep?

I've always been so confused on this characters stuff for Rumbles. Nutshell explanation please? =)
Alec has fought physically people in Superman’s strength league (Etrigan and the like).
He also can’t actually be killed by them. He’s regenerated from the tabacoo leaves from Constantine’s cigarette once when his body was destroyed.
This is all minor stuff for him. There is loads more. Without Magic or the ability to ring him out, they cannot put him down. He even has some mental defenses too.
Swamp Thing can also do some nasty tricks with the flora in their guts.

I think Swamp Thing at times is pretty much on the level of a DC god. Not sure if that's exaggerating or underestimating.
Well he's considered a supernatural entity, and is pretty much the personification of plant life.
I'd say he'd quality as a 'God'.
If Alec is even similar to the one I remember(haven't read Swap Thing since the late 90's) they're boned. There's so many options he has to take them apart with its not even funny. And all the while being pretty much immune to whatever they can do.
No BFR means no slash-and-burn, scorched-earth attempts by Storm, and its doubtful that even Jean could harm him before the lot of them get consumed, inside and out, by The Green.
*Assuming of course Alec doesn't immediately spam them with monster-sized clones of himself.
**To fight Swamp Thing is to fight the flora of the entire universe. And you'll never be rid of him. The only way to truly get rid of him is to dimension-bust, that is, destroy the dimension in which his mind resides. Its the only way to be sure. :p

While knowing the location of every swap met on the planet, and the best deals therein! :D
Swamp Thing “is” a damn “ Plant/Life” God!
In Post Crisis he did following:
Invaded Gotham to get his girl back, they had to give her to him as he made armies of himself and plant craziness.
Struck on a foreign dead plant. He restarted flora life, while the hawk man aliens were fighting him.
Went to Hell to get his girls soul back for body to be alive and the demons did NOT fuck with him. Did not consider it like “ I do not want to mess with that guy”
He can explode your guts if plant material in you. He can regen new bodies with plants on a global scale! He died in America but Soul ported To Johns apartment via plant.
In Nu52?
He fought Zombie super man and killed him by turning on his solar reserves ( as a krptronian has that plant like quality.) and is the Nu version Avatar of all Freakken plant life, on Waeth as it’s master. He is like Aqua Man, but on the 20th level extreme of bad sadness. Hell Animal Man is no joke either (they teamed up to stop SC zombie time line thing) pity Animal Man got a short run, his stories are interesting ( definitively the 52. Though hom braaking fourth Wall in Post Crisis was awesome.)

Wait, which version of Jean Great? Because the original one is still a high end Cosmic being at the moment, IIRC, and I doubt that Swamp Thing wants to face off against The White Phoenix of the Crown, even if she isn't allowed to use her telepathy.

I'd like to offer my congratulations for inducting a new member of the League of Typos.
I don't know though, Jean Great is tough to use in Rumbles. "Greatness" is a really vague superpower. It's barely more definable than luck powers.
Also Jean Grey is no longer a high end cosmic being, she came back and is basically.. not that.

Hell, I can see him fighting Wolverine:
Wolverine chops Swamp Thing into salad...only for Swampy to regenerate.
Swamp Thing bludgeons Wolverine's face into hamburger...Wolverine's face changes back.
SWAMP THING: ...We're going to be at this all day, aren't we?
WOLVERINE: Tell ya what, bub: how does 'two out of three' sound?
:D
