A. There is a limit of a character not appearing in more than 4 titles (not counting multiverse) and he currently will appear in 3. I edit the STEEL line, so just pm me you pitch.
B. While I like to use current or former DC writers/artists, you can use writer/artist not of DC. There are no restrictions based on their use in AoM.
C. You can use characters not native to DCU in NEW DAWN. If you wanted to use a Vertigo character in an Aquaman series for example that is fine. Like you said, I'm using Spider Jerusalem in SUPERMAN and he's the newest member of the Daily Planet staff.
D. For INFINITE DAWN line (formerly Multiverse line), you would pm the line editors clark_kent and lorec. There are no restrictions of character use for multiverse titles even if they appear in several other titles.

Fantastic! Need a day or two to get everything together, but it'll be coming soon.
I hope this helps and welcome aboard.
Absolutely, and thank you very much. Long-time admirer of the project, but my own creative hopes and dreams never quite seemed to mesh with throwing ideas out there like this. But I think as long as I stick to what I imagine the creators I have in mind doing with Superman, rather than what I would, it shouldn't be a problem. Glad to be here!

Yes, my friend, Dispenser of Truth, has joined us! Verily, the Dawn grows brighter!
-
Hurrah, good to see New Dawn adding new members to the ranks.

Welcome Dispenser of Truth, glad to have you with us. So far, Clark and I and the plotters in the Infinite Dawn line have followed the 52 Earths guideline that DC has in real life with New Dawn Earth being our Earth 1. We are trying to staying away from New Dawn Earth for the time being, but who knows when a crossover event might appear. As for the existing titles in Infinite Dawn, you basically pick an Earth designation and it's yours to craft however you like. You can use whatever Grant Morrison has established in Multiversity, you can follow what's been established in current DC continuity such as Earth 3 being the home of the villains Owlman, Ultra-Man, and Superwoman, you can merge ideas, or you can create something of your very own. And you can still use an Earth we created for the characters in our Agents of the Multiverse book, so long as it doesn't contradict already established continuity for that character as it relates to that Earth. If you have any questions, PM me or Clark_Kent and we will be happy to answer anything.
Love to see new people joining.
