Oh $@&#!!!!!!!!
Here we go!
this timeline is warped
The Guardians cartoon turned the Order of the Raptors and Darkhawk into basically robot Skrulls for a Secret Invasion pastiche, and then it somehow turned into a Fear Itself adaption.

Somebody needs to go take out our world’s Jim Jaspers
Actually, the article doesn't say the trademark is specifically for movies/shows, but for these:
"Paper and paper articles; cardboard and cardboard articles; printed matter; publications; books; photographs; portraits; paintings; photo-engravings; stationery; office and school supplies; school supply kits; temporary tattoo transfers; foam stamps; party bags; plastic sandwich bags; shopping bags, plastic name badges".
What they speculate is that this is a move preparing for a movie/show, since Marvel has done that in the past. But it also could not be. Maybe they just want to secure the brand because they're thinking of relaunching the comic book or something.
please please please please
and ignore all that convuluted stuff they've thrown onto the mythos over the years. Give me the OG DarkHawk and Chris Powell
