Ideally, the Aquafamily could be able to support two books Aquaman Legacy (Jackson) and King Aquaman (Arthur), but since that's basically impossible, I'm perfectly fine with a team-up book between the 2.
I'd love an Aquafamily book bringing everybody together :).

looks like Jackson might link up with Manta's pirate crew for a sec.
I wonder if it's Manta imagining an AU where he raised Jackson.

according to Chuck Brown (writer of Black Manta and the upcoming co-writer) Aquamen is going to be an ongoing.

So does Aquamen include Black Manta because he's aquatic :p?

I never considered that, maybe the "Aquamen" in question are Manta and Jackson. like, maybe they're the focus with Arthur's involvement being more of a extension of Jackson's half of the series.

So we are in a timeline where we have three Aquaman books and one team up book (The Becoming, Black Manta, Aquaman, Aquaman/Green Arrow) but no Green Arrow book?
Not that I'm complaining just thought I would never live to see the day Aquaman characters get this kind of push.

I feel like DC is going a bit overboard with trying to have their cake and eat it to.
How many people do we need active with the same name?
2 Supermans
3 batgirls
1000 Green Lanterns
2 Batmans
2-3ish Wonder Womans
2 Flashes

Technically 3 Flashes since The Flash of China is also "a Flash" but she's not really in the running as it were for screentime. Jay is...somewhere?

I enjoyed today's issue of Aquaman: The Becoming, even though it was not as focused on Jackson as the last.
I don't know what caused the increase in sales, but it looks like enough people decided to pick up Aquaman: The Becoming #1, on Amazon to put it back in the top 100, today, a month later after it was published. Current ranking for issue 1;
#67 in 45-Minute Comic & Graphic Novel Short Reads
#190 in Superhero Graphic Novels
#458 in Superhero Comics & Graphic Novels

He's on the cover with Jonathan in Son of Kal-El #7, so I hope he's interacting wtih Jonathan. I don't know about him being in Robin :)

I’ve really enjoyed issue 2 of the becoming.
I’m not so familiar with Jackson history and his actual status and I’m far from Atlantis stories for a while.
This issue made me want to approach again to Aquaman’s world and explore Jackson’s recent past.

this guy has appeared in a few issues he has the same electrokinese Jackson uses via tatooes and is named drenched, but I dont think we have seen him in any Aqua book before
