Has anyone read October Faction?

The whole series is currently on sale on comiXology due to the Netflix series having just come out and I decided to give it a try because I really liked the show. I loved the series. It doesn’t do the best job of transitioning from scene to scene but it does a great job developing a family feel. Geoff is the gay son/brother and they do a great job showing him dealing with his sexuality and his family's complete acceptance of him. They do a great job expanding the family throughout the series with various interactions with monsters and such. It definitely shows the generational difference in dealing with issues. I just thought it was a fun and easy series to read. It’s only 5 volumes but totally worth the time and money. Anyone else like it?
