Because as we all know the best way to combat nazism and racist ideologies are to pretend they don't exist and hope they go away. Obvious villains have no place in superhero comics.
Plus, these Nazi characters were created by a Jewish writer, who used them to explore how horrible the ideology is.

They are mean to be villains and not work with heroes
Marauders is a book that started off with a bang and then lost a bit of steam but this issue definitely brought it back to the top for me.
I took this issue to mean that Storm is being written out of Marauders? I wonder if she's poised to leave the QQ as well and join Scott and Jean's X-Men team or launch the millionth X-spin-off?
Hopefully the big plan for Storm is something that is more focused on taking a lead role centered on her vs being changing to another team roster (not necessarily opposed to it). Doesn’t feel like big plans to me of that is the plan.

They work for Shaw, who is the villain of this comic.

They still did nothing bad and it is hellfire club, even the so called heroes do bad things like make someone disabled

Bad people are not all the time doing bad things in front of everyone.
The X-men have been working alongside former villians quite regularly for the past decade or so. I dont see why anyone is acting shook like this is new or out of character

First of all, I love your avatar, Wind Rider! Where is it from?
And then I get what you mean by having Ororo play a central role, but I was under the impression from interviews that Hickman specifically had plans for her, that's why I thought she might take a lead role in the new X-Men team (who I assume might get their own book?)

I'm not sure what your argument here is no one is defending them being Nazi's lol
They are mean to be villains and not work with heroes
They are working for a villain, Shaw.
They are showed not to be liked and their racism is called out.
They wanted to enter the Crucible against Callisto to kill her because they have not been able to kill anyone since they have been on Krakoa not because they care about Callisto regaining her powers.

I know very well they work for Shaw, but they are very welcomed on Krakoa.
it is called out and nothing is done.
