Have you seen Ringu, the original Japanese version of The Ring? Provided LOTS of chills without a single drop of blood spilled.

Event Horizon (1998) Really freaked me out for some reason.
I don't really get scared from movies, but seeing Hereditary in a completely empty theater... unsettled me.

I keep hearing great things about that movie. I've got to see it this Halloween for sure.

A full list requires serious thought but while I don't think it's 100% associated with the horror genre, I thought the first Terminator. Might be a bit of a cheat since I saw it as a kid and you're more impressionable then, but I saw the Terminator come out of shadows at me after it ended. I wasn't surprised to learn recently the iconic emerging Terminator skeleton scene was inspired by Cameron having a fever nightmare.
Ok...
Alien
Aliens
The Blob (remake)
The Mist
Jurassic Park
I think for me would be Alien and Aliens. The design of the Xenomorphs were absolutely terrifying, also, the darkness in both those films when you don't know when they will jump out. Out of all the films that scared me those scared me the most. The following in my list are honorable mentions. It seems monsters and giant carnivorous beasties scare me the a lot. I have other films that scared me like the ones in my list but not like those.
