The New Avengers?
With the way it is in the MCU right now there are no Avengers. With Iron Man and Widow dead Thor off world Hawkeye semi retired, and Cap totally retired. So who do you think will make up the new team when they finally get around to reforming them for Avengers 5?
My pics:
Captain America (Sam)
Wasp
Photon
White Vision
War Machine
She Hulk (my dark horse pic)

Sounds like a good team, although I'd add Ant-Man, maybe Captain Marvel, and maybe Shang-Chi
-
Ant-Man and Wasp are a match set. If they're still around for a while, it would be together.
White Vision probably needs to find himself again before he can become an Avenger.
Captain Marvel is probably too busy in space to be an Avenger unless The Marvels gives her more of a reason to stay, but maybe Monia remains Earth-based.
She-Hulk could definitely settle in as the new team powerhouse.

Thor better be in that line-up because being off world never stopped him before from appearing in any Avengers movies.
Thor
Captain America
Sersi and Black Knight
Wasp
White Vision
Supporting members
Professor Hulk
Doctor Strange & Scarlet Witch
-
Young Avengers
Spider-Man (Peter Parker)
Ms Marvel (Kamala Kahn)
Iron Heart (Riri Williams)
Wiccan (Billy)
Speed (Tommy)
Hulkling (Teddy Altman)
Stature (Cassie Lang)
Ms America (America Chavez)
Patriot (Eli Bradley)
Kid Loki
Hawkeye (Kate Bishop)
Dark Avengers/Thunderbolts
US Agent (John Walker)
Taskmaster (Antonia Dreykov)
Ghost (Ava Starr)
Enchantress (Slyvie)
Baron Zemo (Helmut Zemo)
Hawkeye (Clint Barton)
Winter Soldier (Bucky Barnes)
???
Those two teams seem the most likely atm.

I wonder if Jane with Mjolnir is going to stick around after Love and Thunder.

Captain Marvel can still show up if it's a space-related mission.
I don't really think Black Knight or Sersi being on the main team

Honestly the only person that I care about is Thor - the rest on my list bore me but then again so did the original line-up in all Avengers movies and I want to see Sersi, Black Knight, Wasp and White Vision directed by a different director in an Avengers team

First… a Dark Avengers team of anti-heroes and actual villains that will explode in its own “Civil War,” initially answering to Val.
USAgent. (Anti-hero, but potential fall-guy)
Yelena Black Widow. (Anti-hero, possible mole for good guys)
White Vision. (Anti-hero, looking for his soul.)
Abomination/Red Hulk (Villain/Secret Weapon)
Bullseye (Villain, recanonization of some Netflix material.)
“Iron Man II” Doctor Doom (Yeah, yeah, I know it’s a dream.)
Feed this team the Thunderbolts or some other morally ambiguous characters, use them to illustrate the power-that-be fumbling with the legacy they want to exploit.

I hope so but would Natalie Portman do other projects in the mcu? Wasn't wanting to work with Waititi the reason she agreed to come back?

I'm curious where the money for the new Avengers will come from (in the story, not from the studio),
Without Doctor Strange there's really no point in a new Avengers. Same with Captain Marvel. We'll have to see how new characters pan out, but one can only assume they'll be written in such a way as to make interaction with others very easy. So Shang. I wouldn't expect Eternals to be Avengers but I would expect them to be involved in the story.
Wanda is heading for villain territory so she's out. Falcon and Winter Soldier are in as minor characters. White Vision may have a place if Wanda turns out to be the actual villain of a new Avengers movie, but that seems unlikely.

That is easily solved by either introducing a new character to bankroll them or continuing Stark's legacy having him funding the team with stipulation hence continuing the Sokovia Accord plot
-
I could see Tony having set up a trust or foundation to keep the Avengers going. Either that or Pepper would continue to fund them in Tony's memory.
-
If only they'd commit to recasting T'Challa then I could see them taking a page from the current run and have the Black Panther bankrolling and heading the New Avengers.
And my line up then would be:
Black Panther
Captain America and Bucky
Antman and Wasp
She-Hulk
War Machine
Spider-Man

I liked 4/6 of the original movie line up. But what's the appeal of Sersi and Black Knight?
