Uliquiorra is like... a heck of a lot faster I think.
Asura is really durable and has made firepower but I think he's outclassed here.
That's about right. Asura never showed of a lot speed shenanigans, probably nobody in his world could really do anything to hurt him.
Ulquiorra is way more powerful than the large majority of Soul Eater characters and should have enough oomph to hurt Asura, along with way better speeds.
Though Asura does have this one nifty feat. While the final battle takes place on the moon, Kilik snipes the guy form earth (the distance between the two is different than in the real world, but still really far). Asura responds by firing at Kilik's position and his blast goes from the moon to earth in a few seconds.
