Well, it’s official. The daughters are back and they’re young.
I’m good with it and really just glad to have a resolution to where his mythology stands. Now we know for sure that he calls Metropolis home.

Finally it too long enuff smh & And the other history of DC the best Black lightning has been written in comics in atleast 10-15 years...
huh, well i did say I thought maybe they should wait for the show to end before bringing the girls back. I didn't mean it as a prediction then, that was before announcement that it was ending, but I guess I didn't end up being that far off.
It's about time in my book :).
I guess as far as cons we lose the Anissa/Grace relationship.
But at least they’re back to being his daughters.

I thought the same with Connor Hawke and the ending of the Arrow show.

I guess Grace could always be de-aged too.
I'm glad to see his daughters again, but I'm surprised they got de-aged.

You can still do it.
Depending on the girl's ages-you can open up the door for another version of Young Justice.
The Other History Of The DC Universe #1 is the best Black Lightning I’ve ever read. I loved that book. It was beautiful to be able to delve into the mind of Jefferson Pierce.

Thank the lord. The idea that Jefferson is a father is one of the best new elements that have ever been brought to Black Lightning and the DCU as a whole. We never got young Thunder & Lightning except for those glorious DC Nation Shorts.

I would love to see young Thunder & Lightning show up in the new Super-Sons digital series.

Yep I agree. It’s the best BL comic I’ve ever read, that’s for sure.

Guess this means Isabella won’t be writing him again, which doesn’t really bother me to be honest. I would love to see Ridley write a maxiseries for BL, or even an ongoing.
So happy the girls are back to being his daughters. Hated how Isabella made them his nieces. If only they wouldn’t have aged up Jon Kent because the girls could be contemporaries of The Super Sons.

Given the timey-whimeyness of DCU history, I think that's entirely doable. The Jon Kent who's in LSH can be older while the younger Jon Kent from Super-Sons can be in the Digital "present" wherein lots of cool stuff can take place. Hypertime baby!
