I've been considering getting Killer Instinct and wanted to get the opinions of those who have played. For those who played the game, would you recommend it?
KI has damn near ruined other fighting games for me. The way combos work and the counter/combo breakers promote thinking and adjusting on the fly for both players, instead of just banging out the optimized bread & butter combos whenever the opportunity presents itself. There's a very fluid feel to the combat that most other fighting games don't have. I'd say it's definitely worth a look.
Plus, the soundtrack kicks ass.
