Difficult, because Titans of Tomorrow were in DC Rebirth and although they were from (seemingly) another continuity they were familiar with Jonathan and Wallace West.
This isnt so logical, because they didnt exist in Pre-Flashpoint, BUT FUTURE TIM showed them that Jonathan Samuel Kent becomes SUPERMAN.
So it could be that Conner and Bart became also Superman and Flash, but Cassie is the first one who replaces her mentor.
LOS just confirmed that there's been only 2 Supermen Clark and Jon. 3 Batmen Bruce, Luke and Terry. Just because Jon does indeed go on t o become Superman is just a coincidence.
My guess is Future Tim's future isn't ours or was just a possible future that was changed by Future Tim going back in time twice and F**ing shit up thereby altering the future so he never happens.

I don't remember them mentioning Luke and Terry were Batman, only that Bruce was the "original original Batman". maybe I missed that part, you remember what scene mentioned that?
If 5G Damian is leviathan who's come from the future with his legion ring then how is he interacting with young him? There wouldn't be two of them am I right?
Beats me? Time travel can be crazy. There could be two of them. It will be interesting conflict jon superman vs leviathan damian.the teen version would be jon's friend and other one could be an deuteragonist for everyone.

That's just my guess. Terry and bruce are major part of the history as batmen. There is one more vacancy.

Future timelines are always sand castles. Any writer down the line can retcon.

I believe Bendis said Damian's appearance in the future will be very short.

It definitely implied some numbers but we can't know for sure the people. DC might make Terry non-canon (and honestly any futures in comics are nebulous). The circumstances of Terry getting the role would have to be very different since someone else got it before him and Brucr, based on the timeline, would be dead before we reach Terry's future. Since Bruce is also a 20th century hero now.
That said, it does imply three Batmen and two Supermen. No other mantles got hints.

I don't understand what you mean here.

Interesting. That's what I'm assuming, but do you have a quote or remember where this was said?

Again, none of the Batmen were actually named in the book. The only thing it implied was that they were maybe more than two.
Also I think Dick's stint as Batman was way too short for the 31st century to take note. I think it was less than a year in universe.

Good to know for anyone not in the know.

There used to be the old Loophole that a lot of the historical records are missing or incomplete. The Legion had no knowledge of Kyle Rayner and no knowledge of any Green Lanterns after Hal Jordan... and we know that's not accurate.
Also, I do think that in the 'grand scheme of things'... Dick wouldn't count. Sliding Timeline means he wore the costume for a couple of months at best... and what historically noteworthy stories did he take part in? I mean... what stories that would STILL be reviewed and preserved in the 31st century?
Heck, Batman himself tends to slide back and forth into 'urban legend' territory. The idea that different people wore the cowl probably never gets mentioned.... Unless it's some gigantic world saving thing done in the spotlight...

Bendis already killed Jon for that wooden clone that has the same name. But now Damian!? He already sucks at writing him, completely! Let me quote Rac here;

I guess that would also explain ignoring Gordon. I think Superheavy was only a few months in-universe.

I wonder if the Legion assumes Damian is like a normal Robin and then get a rude awakening when they see what he is actually like :p.
